Can’t be bothered to answer the phone.
Had my car for 2 weeks and I was the one who had to find out about what was happening with it.
I spent over a hour on hold on phone with no one answering.
Wouldn’t speak to me when my friend was there at front of queue very professional.
Asked for them to phone me and wouldn’t.
Had to come out of work and drive for an hour to pick my car up and said I wouldn’t use them again and the chap said “go for it’’.
Every time I was trying to speak he just spoke over the top of me.
They were great while I was speading loads of money with them.

Great service and helpful staff. Always happy to help and advise people new to the hobby. Brilliant track and facilities as well! Highly recommend.

Great experience. Bought few components for an RC Car. All delivered and packaged properly. Highly recommended.

I am new in the world of RC Planes and I would recommend Wheelspin Models.
Both their presales support helping you select the right fit RC.
The delivery is timely.

I crashed my RC plane and couldnt find any instructions on the internet how to fix the issue my RC had, so I emailed Wheelspine and withing an hour or so they found the solution and provided guidance

Quick and helpful. Not trying to "oversell" you stuff

Built my first RC car recently and got loads of upgrade and my electrics from there, Andy was amazing and showed me the best things to get! Whole team was friendly and I’ll be visiting again soon, thanks everyone!!

Very helpful and professional staff, always prepared to help someone who needs help.

Took the trip to wheelspin today, collected my yokomo Rd2 and electric items. Well worth the 6 hour round trip, can honestly say felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Andy and nick are top blokes and helped me so much. I’ve ordered online before and that is a first class service also. Wanted to visit the shop today as it is my birthday and didn’t disappoint. Can’t fault wheelspin looking forward to making the trip up again to drift with Andy. Thanks lads 👍🏻

Ordered a few parts for a Maverick RC on Saturday afternoon, and they arrived Monday AM. Everything I needed was in stock too. Superb!

12/10 shop super friendly and knowledgeable team they don’t give the hard sell but they’ll give you the knowledge to make your own decisions. The race track upstairs is EPIC superb facilities and amazing for experts or novices. Even better that the shop is downstairs loaded with spares for the inevitable crashes.
