Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good range and good stock and usually quick to re stock upon order of a part. Closely sequenced orders don't always get 'merged' to save redundant shipping costs.
Exceptional. I got the clear vibe they are enjoying what they do, and were helpful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable. I'll be returning. Thanks Wheelspinmodels.

It is rare for me to bother doing a Trust Pilot review. However, although I don’t buy modelling bits that frequently, whenever I do, I use Wheelspin as their service is just SUPERB! It just gives me a... Mehr ansehen

Truly a great experience ordering from Wheelspin. My ordered item turned out to be out of stock and the gentleman I spoke with was totally transparent and very apologetic. He advised he was not sure when stock would be available available again for my item and offered a full refund. Luckily Wheelspin received stock the next day and I just reordered and received my item.

Their website lets you know whether items are in stock, storage or out of stock. Also that they have plenty of old stock that you'd think is obselite.

Fast and Efficient. Competitive price.
I have been flying and crashing RC aircraft for 2 years. I don't have a local model shop and I crash a lot. What differentiates wheelspin is that they get everything in the post ASAP - not when they get around to it. If you have a plane with a snapped wing and the weather is good tomorrow, there's a good chance they'll get a new one to you. They are also one of the cheapest put there apart from that one place that sells a lot of washing machines......
I've ordered from a few different places but now this is my go to shop.

Hi Richard, that's a real shame to read, especially from someone who's stuck with us and recommended us for so long.
I'm sorry your last order let you down, as that's not the standard we hold ourselves to.
I'd genuinely like to understand what happened and do everything I can to help, so please drop me a line at rich@wheelspinmodels.co.uk with your order details. It would mean a lot to have the chance to win back your trust.
