We moved into our new house just over a year ago. We have a small property which required all carpets and flooring to be replaced which we have done in stages. Wilsons Carpets initially came out to measure all the rooms we wanted doing which meant they had a record of room dimensions so over a period of time all we had to do was choose the flooring (carpet/vinyl/laminate) and confirm a fitting date. All the staff we dealt with (Clarence Street, Hull branch) were very good. The fitters on the day were punctual and efficient. All in all a good service from ordering to supply and fit - and the price(s) were competitive.

I have always used wilsons carpets for my home. I have never been let down at any time with them.

Great selection of carpets. We weren't followed around by sales persons and only occasionally asked if we needed help. Once we had chosen our carpets we were helped with working out how much we needed to order which was correctly done.

I bought SPC LVT flooring from Wilson’s in Newark.
Tony done me a great deal on the flooring great price and smooth sale he arranged a fitter near me . Top quality and service I would not hesitate recommending Wilsons specially Tony who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We went to look at laminate flooring and found Richard very helpful in helping to choose right colour and right underlay.

Really helpful service and recommendations in the store, helped us to decide on the right carpet for our room. Great fitting service also. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, we will be returning customers.

We were looking for some vinyl flooring for our bathroom at the Anlaby road store. The young man who dealt with us was very professional, friendly and helpful. We'd picked what we wanted he did the measurements and price which we agreed and the order was put in. It was to be delivered to the Clarence street branch on the following Monday which it was and collected from there. It's now down and looks brilliant. A very pleasant experience and we highly recommend this company

They was very helpful and polite and it didnt matter how much you spent you was threat the same, we've had 3 lots of carpet from wilsons and we have been highly satisfied apart from our first purchase when they forgot to book us in for the fitting, but they was very apologetic and it was fitted the next day.

Mark at the Rotherham store near Parkgate was exceptional with his knowledge and guidance in helping us choose the appropriate carpets for the different areas of our home.
We were so pleased that we also purchased one of their excellent beds.
Also a big thank you to the carpet fitters who did a brilliant job.
