Terrible

Terrible, trivial emails sent despite previous answers by email. Moreover, important emails from me unanswered. I don’t even know if I’m insured today (old insurance expired).

I don't even want to give 1* but I have…

I don't even want to give 1* but I have to to write a review.I have only been with zenith for 1 month.I got a letter asking me to send my documents over in June,which I did on the 14th June.On Wednesday the 1st July I recieved a letter saying my insurance will be cancelled on the 3rd of July.I rung them up on the 1st July and told the guy I sent them on the 14th of June,he said oh yes I can see that but can you send them again,so I sent them on Wednesday the 1st of July and on Sunday I woke up to a text and email telling me my insurance has been cancelled.Couldnt ring them as they was closed on sunday,so rung them this morning at 8am to be kept on hold 3 times for 10 minutes and on the call for 45 minutes,to then be told I need to ring back at 9am,I was late for work so couldn't ring them till 2pm...I rung at 2 pm today & I was on the phone for 40 minutes,put on hold twice with the lady and then told they still haven't got my documents so I need to resend them & ring back tommorow.Absolutly distgusting how they think they can treat people like this.Its really stressed me out and I've had no car for work and school & wont have tomorrow too.Ive tried to resend my documents today and tonight but the email address can not be found.Do not go with this company it's awful and would not recommend.So when I ring up tommorow they will tell me they haven't recieved my documents again as apparently the email address cannot be found.Absolutly distgusting company

I have been asked for impossible…

I have been asked for impossible documents regards past claims and stressed me out, I wish I never selected zenith for my car insurance

I have taken car policy with zenith…

I have taken car policy with zenith insurance in May and in June they cancelled my insurance stating that they have not received my documents which I have sent to them twice on they're email, we I've called them to find out what the issue is, they said that they haven't received any of my documents through they're email that they have provided me with, I've been on the phone with them to rezolv this issue with no success, I've asked to have my deposit back and they've asked me to pay for another month although the insurance was cancelled with no refund from them whatsoever, I have never come across an insurance company this inapt to resolve a problem all they ask is money, please stay clear of this insurance company, they rob people of they're money.
