Having been with Scottish Power for a number of years I find it handy with the app to check usage, bills, insights and the choice to keep the direct debit at a level that is suitable for me to monitor.
Any issues over the years have been dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Normally the product ordered has come within the 2-3days of order but this time was an issue having to send an email to find out why on this occasion it was taking so long. Answer given was waiting processing. As this was a one-off I hope is the reason I gave the score.

As i was ending a previous policy I was looking for a suitable amount for peace of mind of my wife and family as and when I was to pass on.
It was quite and extensive explanation of the policy and company information which was well covered.
I had to delay the setting up of the policy while I had an opportunity to read a bit more on the company after which I signed up with ease when I telephoned later.
