It took longer than expected, lack of communication.

It took longer than expected. The communication was not ongoing as promised. We had to call to get any info. Would have helped if someone sent us an email, text or call to keep us up when our stair lift would arrive. Was bazaar to give a company $10,000 and not hear from them. We were starting to be concerned about the validity of your company. Salesman said it had been shipped, but when I called, we were told it had not been shipped. Narrowed our stairway more than the salesman told us it would. The people who installed were knowledgeable and so far, seems like they did a good job. One part was broken and the installer said it will be replaced, but have not heard anything as to when yet

Symmetry Lift Ugly and Not Working and Sales Experience Worse

Symmetry Lift
We were told delivery would be 6 weeks. Turns out that clock started after the elevator shaft was completed and inspected. Two months after that, not a word even though they had it on hand. We contacted them and they gave us a date and didn't show up. The next week they started installation. It has been in the house 2 weeks and a second repairman is working on it right now. I have used it exactly twice. My husband tried to once but it was still broken. The salesman never showed us a picture of what the thing would look like. The door they showed up with was not the one I saw online. The whole thing is hideous with bolts and steel plates covering holes all exposed.

We’re very sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your experience with our team and your new lift. It sounds like there was some miscommunication between us and your General Contractor about the installation timeline and appointment dates for your lift. While there are scenarios where it is possible to achieve a 6 week lead time for the equipment, the overall project lead almost always looks different due to the surrounding work that must be in place for us prior to installation and it appears that is where the miscommunication occurred.

We appreciate your feedback about the desire to see some more visual examples of the lift and we will look for ways to provide additional photos in the future.

While we try our best to minimize the impact, lifts and elevators can require adjustments, especially as the equipment settles after installation and we apologize for the inconvenience. This is one of the big reasons we have a warranty program, so we can provide any final tweaks that might be needed shortly after installation.

We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t come together the way you expect, we are sorry for the disappointment you’ve experienced, and we will review what we could have done differently to keep improving the way we do things.

We hope we have the chance to impress you with our service in the future.

Arrow Lift Review

The representative, who came to our house, Nelson Morales, was very courteous and knowledgeable about your stair lift models, functions and operation. He answered all of our questions. I need to mention that there was no pressure and no pricing gimmicks like “if you sign today….”

The installation took place as scheduled by a very pleasant gentlemen and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Finally, the one important factor that influenced our decision to go with Arrow Lift is the fact that they actual have a physical location in Columbus, rather than the internet and perhaps a location out of state!

We highly recommend Arrow Lift!!!

They prepare to find possible problems pre installationionpre installing

In house measurements and photos used for engineers to measure and address any problems prior to sending installers; we have very narrow stairs, curves and limited spaces. All fit and work well. Installers very patient and took time needed to address our specific issues. We love our Arrow lifts.

A Great Company Doing a Great Job

Peggy, our Arrow Lift rep, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike was very considerate of our needs when scheduling the installation, and the installers were very meticulous making sure our stairlift was installed correctly. They even took the time to show us how it worked and how to run it correctly. Mike followed up and even arranged to have the city inspector come out! Great company did a great job. I'd highly recommend them to others!

Not a very good experience Started…

Not a very good experience Started out very good. Then 3 times to our home to get correct measurements and not much for communication and follow up.
3 months wait time 🙁

Prompt scheduling`, Great installer

Prompt scheduling, then the greatest installer. Our installer, DelMario Watts was pleasant, courteous, and hard-working. It was a pleasure having him.

Our sales rep, David, did a great job of getting the ball rolling.

The Stairlift is working very nicely.

Living Again!!!

Ethan & Isaiah were amazing! They worked the whole time they were here at my home. When they were done installing my stair lift chair, they explained everything to me and I fully understood it all. I had only a few questions, but they answered them all and then a few more. They didn't make me feel stupid at all. I really Love my lift and Greatly Appreciate them both and your company. I've been "living" in our living room and sleeping in my recliner for over a year and a half, because I cannot walk up our stairs anymore due to my health. Now, I can "live" again!!!!!
