This is the 2nd plan I have bought…
This is the 2nd plan I have bought (husbands and mine) and the chap on phone was very open and clear about what I was buying on both occasions. No hard sell, no pressure.
The receipt for payment came through while I was on the phone, the digital documents within a few hours and the paperwork arrived after 2 days both times.
The 'what to do in the event of death' section is easy to read so hopefully whoever has to deal with it will have as little stress as possible.
I feel relieved that this is done and out of the way now.

I had been looking for a funeral plan…
I had been looking for a funeral plan for sometime and my neighbours recommended Aura . The pack was very informative and the gentleman on the telephone very helpful and empathetic. I particularly liked the fact I could pay monthly with no interest charge . A £50 gift voucher both for my neighbour and myself sealed the deal .

Great service
The gentleman that dealt with the arrangements for mine and my husbands funeral plan. He told me he is called Matt the American Guy, he is a very likeable man and couldn't help us enough. He explained everything very well and we had a joke about it all, he helped put me at ease, after all funerals aren't nice thing to discuss. I would recommend him and Aura Life Ltd to everyone.

Great company. Made it easy to make my decision, with absolutely no pressure. The literature they sent is reassuring, and the cost, plus that you can cancel with a full refund at any time. It seemed the right choice, having 'shopped around' for a similar service, before deciding.
