The direct cremation funeral plan was the most suitable for my wife and I and the conditions and exclusions were clearly set out. The plans arrived promptly by post and were exactly as described with clear instructions on what to do in the event of either of our demise.

I was treated with nothing but kindness and sympathy by Aura following the recent death of my husband. They kept me informed as to what was happening when & where and what I could expect next. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their service.

My husband had a number of brochures for me to look at and Aura was the 1st one i looked at by chance. I spoke with a very helpful and friendly American guy who gave me all the info i needed. Because of that i didnt bother looking at any others. As my husband was terminal and only had a couple of weeks to live i was recommended to just call when needed rather than get a pre-paid funeral. This was cheaper and made much more sense. The kindness and honesty was much appreciated. The overall service was brilliant as the staff were caring and professional from start to finish. I really cant praise them enough except to say i will be getting my pre-paid funeral with Aura.

Everything was explained in full with all questions answered in detail. There was no pressure from anyone and it made our decision very easy.We are confident our wishes will be carried out with care and respect from this professional family run company.

Can't praise AURA enough, no pressure selling , very friendly and helpful staff plus £50 discount too..both my wife and I purchased plans and you can't put a price on our peace of mind knowing our family will not have the bother of organising funerals....Very very happy.

My plan was so simple & straightfirward to set up with a lovely friendly member if staff, who was extremely patient with me as I had to take a bit of time before I could call due to unforseen probs but were pushing very gently to try to call before price increase, which I emwas very grateful for. I & my family now have peace of mind knowing everything is in place when the time comes & they can say goodbye in their own way in their own time
