Lewis text me before arriving. He was friendly and explained the process to me in detail. My van is now running like a dream. Would highly recommend.

Engineer explained everything that was wrong and explain all steps that he was going to take and also gave advice on what to do to prevent this from happening again

I live in Bedford, and my son attends the local primary school. This company generously funded a swimming pool for the school's SEND children because the school did not have one. Seeing them give back to the local community made my decision to use their services an easy one.

Brilliant service from the minute I made the call to the AutoAssistGroup hotline. My Range Rover sport 3.0 had gone into limp mode due to a saturated filter and the red light hazard warning was on.. 100 miles from home visiting my elderly parents in a remote part of Wales. With a service engineer based in Swansea then after the call went in on Saturday then they were scheduled for Monday evening. This was then brought forward by 2 hours - brilliant! 30 mins to undertake the works required and car back fully operational and good to go - 5 Stars experience and 100% recommend!

Lewis rang before arrival saying he was on his way. Once he arrived he got on with the job and took time to explain what he had done. I only arranged this appointment yesterday so am ver pleased with the service

Technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable and very efficient. Explained the process throughout .
Everything was cleaned afterwards,and was given information on how to prevent a complete blockage of dpf. Full report on condition was emailed to me promptly ,thank you.

Had the engineer turn up on time and must say very very pleasant and professional.

The only criticism I could give is that when booking it offered a Saturday appointment but they dont work on at Saturday However they did inform me right away and rebooked for a suitable day and time
adam that arrived early was very professional and knowledgeable he also advised me on some bits that i needed to do to my car i recommend this company and will use again if needed thankyou

Booked a dpf clean. a very nice gentleman came out from clacton to norwich
He explained everything in detail was very polite and courteous
He managed to do the full clean and also put right the part that was faulty as well
He also explained what to do now it’s been cleaned
I would highly recommend this company if you ever need a dpf specialist
