Missing an important part
I have written to this company 4 different times. Telling that my harnesses (purchased two of them) did not come with the front D ring. Only had one on the back of of our dogs. Constant pulling. I suggested to send them back, and either repair, replace or give me my money back. Absolutely no communication from this company except a computer generated response.
Passing on to everyone I know this company will rip you off!

To clarify the design of our harness, the front D-ring is not stitched directly onto the fabric; it is a separate, adjustable Velcro attachment that is included inside the packaging so you can position it perfectly for your dog.
In the rare event that these attachments were missed in your package, we would be more than glad to make this right. Please reach out to our customer support team again, and we will gladly arrange a prompt reshipment of the missing pieces or process a return and full refund—whichever option you prefer.

I just received my harness and the shorter leash. It's been a miracle, my dog no longer pulls me, she now walks beside me.

It’s great, definitely better than our old one. Our dog is a German Shepherd mix with Husky, she so energetic. Her old hardness, she’s always pulling and makes walks difficult. When we got this new hardness, she’s doing much better and walks are enjoyable now!

Brilliant Harness
My border collie Luna & I absolutely love the PawlyLab Co harness. I bought a red size small one first. Loved it & then got a pink one too.
It makes the walks with Luna easy & fun. She walks well with it & love the front & back clips for different walks. Front for no pulling on walks and so easy to enjoy for both Luna & myself. Then the back clip for loose lead walking on our bush tracks.
Very happy with the harness & lead we got from PawlyLab Co.

It is fantastic to hear how perfectly you are utilizing both the front and back clips. That is exactly how we designed them to be used! Using the front clip to keep walks easy and pull-free, and then switching to the back clip for those fun, loose-lead snifffaris on the bush tracks is the perfect way to give Luna the best of both worlds.

I ordered the harness so my service dog would have a cooler experience from his other vest that will keep the heat in. He is currently getting used to it as part of his service uniform. I had the greatest experience with this company. Customer service is beyond excellent. I tell people about when ask. I would recommend it any dog owner. I have a puggle (Roscoe) who just 3…
I have a puggle (Roscoe) who just 3 years old. He is a small dog but when ever we went for a walk he always pulled like he was a husky. The day we received the no pull harness and leash we went for our walk, the one we go on every day, and he did not pull at all. It was the most enjoyable walk we have ever had. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone. He also receive a small frisbee in the order and he loves that too.

Zero customer service and scamming money as a result
They sent me the wrong harness (standard instead of the premium I paid for).
They refuse to rectify the issue and will not reply to communication sent to try amicably resolve the issue. It has now been a month without resolution.
They expect me to pay to ship back their mistake, and they ignore emails.
They do not comply with consumer law, and are profiting from it.

NO customer service. Cannot contact them
I ordered two sets of harnesses and leashes for my two dogs. When I received them (untimely) I tried them on my dogs and they did not fit. I attempted to email the company and my email was not sent, saying it resembled spam. I tried several times, even using AI to correct the “spam appearance issue”. Then an email from Emily herself saying that I should have received my items and how were they working out. I again attempted to reply to her email and the same “spam”issue occurred. After that I switched email accounts and was finally able to get an email sent. About two weeks after that I received a response from the company that the return window had closed. Basically I was out of luck. DO NOT do business with this company. They are unreliable. My items will go in the trash, as I am unable to use them!
