Awful experience - Avoid at all costs
Awful experience. Please just avoid this company. I ordered a Father's Day present last week in good time and with next day delivery. Like many others, it did not arrive (after 4 days it had not been despatched). I did eventually get through by phone to be told a weak excuse/lie about Yodel collecting earlier than expected and that they would despatch in another 24/48hrs. I cancelled the order and requested a refund which they agreed to. I received an email confirming cancellation and that my payment has been refunded. Guess what - it hasn't been refunded.
Ironically, I received a "Please rate us" email from the company today. It would appear they have removed the feedback form and it's no longer accepting responses. I wonder why. Do yourself a favour and find a reputable company and not these cowboys.
UPDATE: I have now received a full refund

I ordered Father's day large box for the next day delivery. It wasn't delivered next day. Fathers day card was not in the box which was a big disappointment! It did clearly say card included but it wasn't there. I emailed company but response. I wish I would read reviews before ordering.

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, really well packed, lovely beer. My only slight complaint is that the snacks were all the same jalapeno flavour - not great if you're not a big fan of hot spicy snacks!

Easy to order, plenty of choice. Loved the Father’s Day box, beer choice met the taste preferences of the recipient. The snacks, beer glass and socks made it a substantial gift for the money.

Poor after sales and delivery
Ordered at 7am on Tuesday for next day delivery. It turned up on Friday afternoon. I submitted a request for a call back to look into on the Thursday morning and got no response......
The birthday it was for was missed.
