Awful expereience

Not provided what was promised at sale point, been left with a system that is not operating correctly and awful aftersales provision, very pretentious attitude from management. Don't buy from big change, they have created more problems than solutions

Customer Success Workshop

I attended the Customer Success Workshop that took place at BigChange’s Leeds HQ, 5-6 Nov 2024.

Being a relatively new BigChange client, I learned lots about the services that the organisation currently offers, plus those that it has in development and I was glad to meet and spend circa 4 hours discussing Aqualogic (WC) Ltd’s BigChange account with our Customer Success Manager, Leila Nelson. Leila and every other BigChange staff member that I met, were very hospitable in their approach; equally as keen to listen to clients’ perspectives as they were to impart their expert knowledge.

Thank you to BigChange for a very informative Customer Success Workshop, which took place in a great learning environment!

Robust system with great function

Have used the system for some years now and makes the recording and scheduling of work easy. We are revamping our use as it has so much more functionality than we are currently using. Would recommend

Avoid at all costs

Our experience with BigChange has been terrible. After 3 months of discussions what our business needs were and with the promises that BigChange could do everything we wanted, we signed up. On the first on boarding call it became apparent that the system was lacking for our business needs. We were advised solutions would be put in place and have been through numerous calls, workshops, discussions with 'directors' to discuss how we can move forward to no avail. With continuous promises being broken. Our prices have increased consistently and also been charged twice for the same products. The support has been woeful and the aftercare even worse. Avoid at all costs

Valuable experience

The crew, the facilitates, the workshop, all complemented one another. The information absorbed throughout the workshop has provided great value to our business and allows us to further increase our efficiencies in one place.

Customer Workshop a must do

Came up to Leeds for the Customer Workshop which has been invaluable. Having the one on one time with a Big Change Expert has been incredible along with the event being seemlessly planned with every little detail thought of and attended to.
A special shout out to Chris Brown for being my taxi whilst I am dealing with a sprained foot, Louise for all her hard work putting the event together and Adam Burnett for putting up with my monster worksheet and handling all my questions like a pro. Lots of laughs also had and just an incredible event all round.

A really worthwhile customer event

A really worthwhile customer event. Great hospitality and engagement. The team are eminently knowledgeable, and we got a number of outstanding questions and issues resolved or workshopped to our satisfaction. It's clear that BigChange have a fantastic range of features beyond what our company is currently using, the main challenge is finding the time to utilise them all!

Very Informative

Very good and thorough morning reviewing helpful aspects of the system that were previously untouched. Ryan B has been very attentive to our needs, and knew exactly when to take a step back and let us loose with our new found knowledge, would recommend this system and group of people to all.

A great platform for many businesses

Great venue and the views are on point

Great venue, with subject matter experts. The last few hours with Ryan B have been very good and I have gained lots of knowledge. Would recommend BC to others.
