Implementation & support
Joining our business mid-use/implementation could of been a real challenge, but after catch up meeting & weekly development meetings with Luth & Amelia were in place we are making headway & its a positive experience. The package is good base for service engineer business model, keeping us informed of developments & upgrades should see us getting the best for our business

Glad we took the plunge to switch over to BC!
We took the bold decision to move over to Big Change in 2022 & have seen the benefits of this in so many ways. The support we receive from the roadcrew & tech support is fantastic.. yes there are some areas I see could do with improving, like all systems out there, however the difference we have seen is they listen to suggestions & some have already been added. They keep us in the loop of development regularly. The difference it has made to our scheduling, outstanding works tracking is far superior to what we previously had. Having the all in-one tracking & app with stock control has been a key factor to it's success for us as a business.
Our accounts manager Oliver is very helpful and always on hand when I need help.

BigChange is a fantastic one stop platform that enables us to run jobs, invoice and resource/workload staff efficiently. Using the one platform also provides us with more accuracy with business performance by drilling down on data through Analytics and Reporting.
You can easily use the software as an off the shelf package but for us it provides greater flexibility by allowing us to build in a bespoke elements. We could not achieve this without the assistance of our amazing BigChange contact Lizzie. Personally, working with Lizzie is a great experience and I really enjoy collaborating and designing new elements with her and seeing them finally realised and build in.

BigChange, Outstanding
We have been using BigChange for 7 years now and every year its gets better. The job cards are so easy to use and also create, giving your clients what they need. From integration with other platforms like Xero to the tracking of vehicles, BigChange really does have it all.
I Have never used a CRM system that hits all aspects that you require, and the support is excellent.

Swapping to Big Change
We made the swap over to Big Change in 2022, as the all in one solution bringing together numerous programs we were using. We have no regrets in moving to Big Change, we are now using automation which automates the sending of job cards, alerts are sent to clients when jobs have been scheduled which has saved hours every week in manually completing this task previously and improved our customer service.
We continue to grow with adding extra services Big Change offer. There support team is also excellent.

This is the 2nd company I have brought…
This is the 2nd company I have brought BigChange into for mechanical services. It is nice when you implement a software change to hear the staff saying "wow this is so much better" or "well that's easier". The system is simple to use and extremely editable, the nice thing about BC is that the systems simplicity means you can use all of the functions. I have used systems in the past that are so complicated you only end up using 50% of the functionality. The 5 year contract shouldn't be a problem if you are planning for the future as this platform will grow with you.

Basically when you have to sign up for a minimum 5 years with anyone this should start the alarm bells.
We are now stuck while we wait to end our contract I will use this time to put others off.
so, please read this and tell them you want a 12 month contract to confirm software works for you if it dose then there wouldn't be an issue but unlikely they will let you.
Personally i would stay clear better software out there with end of contract as soon as you want to end.

AVOID, terrible after sales support and awful software
AVOID, do not use this company. The software is awful, isn't very user friendly and is basically a glorified tracking system. The salesman was very pushy and tried to arrange several meetings with us for a demonstration, which we declined on several occasions but he wouldn't give up so we agreed to have a demonstration, he made the system look great on the demo version which is all populated but in reality it would take years to input that much data. After the demonstration we was given a contract to sign and felt very hassled into signing. We reluctantly signed but didn't set the system up for a few months as we just didn't have the time to spends hours and hours inputting data. I contacted Big Change and said we had changed our mind and wished to cancel the contract, we were told we couldn't cancel and was sent a County Court Judgement for £50,000 and had to pay an additional £4,000 in court fees. We decided to carry on with the contract as seen as we had no choice and was paying for it anyway and I can honestly say it is the worst software I have ever used, very little help or support offered and they blame the customer, you would literally need to employ a full time member of staff to input all the data they expect from you. We have asked several members of our staff to have a go with the software and everyone has reported the same, awful!

BIG lies from day one from these charlatans.
They pretend to be one of the big players in field service software , where in fact, once you sign up you realise they are years behind! But its too late as they are quick to sign you into a long term contract and threaten legal action if you don't use or try to leave!
We were promised multiple functions for our business that would revolutionise the way we manage our work, operatives and assets, when in truth we either got nothing , stupid work arounds or of course the obligatory silence.
We all see the chairman or ex whatever he is on social media telling everyone how brilliant it is , when if fact he's speaking on a subject out of his depth, as is their software.
We are consulting our legal team and looking how we get rid of this , no better than spreadsheets with a vehicle tracker , software after being sold lies.
Steer clear!
BIG PROMISES failed to deliver
Big Change, BIG promises that they fail to deliver, no help with transition from an existing system and no help at all (unless you pay extra of course) with the bespoke elements of the system that they claim during the sales and onboarding process will be no problem to integrate. As soon as you sign up and the pro-forma and direct debits have been arranged you struggle to hear from anyone. This system has cost my company a fortune and we are going back to our original system as its was far more user friendly and efficient, I will ask all of my staff members to provide an honest non -biased review of Big Change where it relates to their particular user experiences in their various roles, this has been a Big Mistake

So far so good , probably made for companies who use 1 engineer or more for job for 1 day ,as when you do multiple jobs on many days figures get confusing and you have to work it out yourself .

Big Change - Exellence
WME have been usng big change for the past 4 years and in this time the software has helped us to develop the service department of our business. the software is easy to learn and very intuitive to use both in the back office on the hand held device. the support provided from Big change is also fantastic from the onboarding team through to the road crew, there is simply nothing that they will not strive to help achieve. i cannot reccomend this system enough. if you are looking for an all in one service management software package then this is the one to choose !

Big Change helps us to change
We have used Big Change for over 7 years now and have stayed with them for this period of time as their system is easy to use and have never had any issues with reliability. It is important in our industry, courier and transport, that we can track our vehicles to keep our customers updated with the progress of their deliveries as and when required, especially when it is time critical, and the Big Change system allows us to relay this information immediately and with confidence. We also use the system to monitor idling time and to ensure the drivers are utilized efficiently to enable us to keep our costs to a minimum. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to keep an eye on their costs especially now with the ever increasing fuel costs etc.
