Instead of believing that we hadn’t mishandled the carafe, they assumed that we had and refused our request for a new one. The plastic on the top of the carafe is too brittle to be used in the coffee maker. We’ll continue to use it broken until we can find an appropriate alternative.

Sometimes things go wrong but when they do, it’s how a company handles it that makes it right. Each time I’ve called Breville, They were polite, helpful, and kind. It didn’t take long to get a real person on the phone and to get real help. Because of this and the quality of their product, I will continue to do business with Breville and suggest to others.

When our old toaster oven was gradually breaking down and I inquired about how to rejuvenate it, the person with whom I spoke did their best to help me try to ameliorate the problem. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed and they helped me purchase a new one at a very reasonable price.

The representative that took my call was very cordial. She understood what I was asking. For at first she told me what the policy was. I indicated that it would be a. Great endeavor if she could replace the coffee pot top only on a complementary basis and she said she would get advice from her superiors and gave a call back two hours later and said it was approved by her superior . That shows a lot about the company and how they treat people I am indebted to you and always will buy Breville products. Thank you very much.
Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Some time ago I had a $160 Nespresso machine that started having problems. I called customer service and within 15 minutes a technician contacted me via video and resolved everything in minutes. In your case, my $2,500 machine received deplorable service where I never received serious advice or genuine concern. I will never buy from or recommend that brand again.
