Called into Breville about a long-standing issue I was having with my machine of theirs. 10 minutes on the phone and a short video call later, Pamela was able to completely and seamlessly diagnose the issue my machine was encountering and provide me step by step instructions on how to fix the issue moving forward. Pamela was kind, professional, friendly, affable, communicative, clear, and overall, exceptionally helpful and effective in resolving this situation. Problem was fixed. User error.

Very long time to respond. I tried to cancel an order by creating a support ticket within 1 hour of placing the order, but before Support responded the item shipped.

Your customer care representative, Faith, was more than helpful. She listened to my issue, which was a possible fire hazard, and after checking the serial number, she told me that the toaster oven was out of warranty. She offered me a 25% discount on a new oven, so I ordered one with her assistance. She was absolutely the BEST.

Your representative “Lucky Al” was very helpful. He was easy to talk to. He led me to an amicable solution. Hopefully the 3rd oven will be a charm. Everything I want in this Breville oven.

I understand your answer, but we’re still living with the problem of:
Two slices of bread, toasting is pretty much the same on both sides.
One slice of bread, toasting is uneven on the sides of the slice.

Your comment below: "the unit does not have the capability to activate both heating elements simultaneously; however, one side will be hotter than the other.” Pretty much sums up our problem.

This is not the level of quality we expected when we purchased the unit.

To only offer 30% off a new toaster isn’t good enough. To say that it’s only cosmetic when the issue is the toaster button is broken off isn’t correct.

With the help of Customer Service, I was able to replace my worn out kettle with a new one with a discount for it. The customer service team was very helpful.

Explained to the service tech the part I required and within a few minutes the part was ordered and shipped….
He was very pleasant to deal with and

had to update the warranty information on record..

Your manual is wrong. It say the roaster lets you know when the toaster is done.
My first call to customer seevice told me that also.
Returned the item received another.. same thing. Called customer service again got a different answer. No noice after toaster is done.
