Lucky was very attentive, understanding and helpful. I appreciate that he was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. I would have preferred to only replace the broken lid instead of having the whole unit replaced if it was available, as I now have to go to an UPS store to return the product. However, I am satisfied with the alternative option.
