Un article neuf était défectueux
Un article neuf était défectueux, et mes deux premiers courriels (précis et accompagnés de photos descriptives) n’ont pas été compris. Finalement, au troisième courriel on m’a dit que la seule solution était de casser l’article. J’ai demandé un remplacement, puisque Breville indique qu’il est garanti un an contre tout vice de fabrication, je n’ai pas eu de réponse ni suivi. J’ai demandé de nouveau et j’ai reçu un courriel disant que le cas était clos ! Service client complètement inutile et garantie non respectée.

Although my experience with the Breville company has been very difficult and frustrating over the last 4 months of repairs and miscommunications attending to my Breville BES878BTR, my most recent interaction was the best.
Today 05/19/2026, I was fortunate to speak to Victor who apologised for all of the issues I had endured since repeatedly shipping the unit to Breville for repairs in January and March 2026. He calmly examined the many emails and repair history. Within 15 minutes, he cheerfully solved all of the problems to the best of his abilities within Breville's policies. Victor is a kind person who will assist you!

Showed absolutely no interest in trying to help. I bought a toaster 1 day old and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to replace it. It flat out didn’t heat. She needed to do a video call to prove I was right. Very disappointing.

A simple fix!
It was a simple fix that the person I talked with had me do. I am still in awe that unplugging our oven and plugging it into a different outlet would solve the problem.

Great service and really tried to help with troubleshooting our issue. After multiple attempts, there was a fault with our unit and a replacement unit was sent.

Installation problems with process.
I was very upset as the installation process was very chaotic. It seemed like staff that tried so hard to help me, couldn't. I tried to pay in the store, but forgot my Lowes card and 2 wonderful staff tried to look it up, but couldn't. So I called the store and several people on the installation team. The very last person, I assume from the installation team, was a very,very nice man who finally was able to take my payment and totally understood my frustration. That helped a little. Since the staff tried to be helpful, I'm thinking it might be training or not a great system? Btw, my door has not been installed yet, but that's cause I just payed and at least I did not have to go back to the store again. I am hoping the actual installation goes well cause if it doesn't that"s it for Lowes installation. The 5 stars are for the last man and def not the process.

ery disappointed with the Luxe Brewer™ Thermal. For the price of this machine, I expected much better quality and customer support. I have experienced multiple issues just trying to brew coffee, and the overall experience has been frustrating.
I contacted customer service and unfortunately the support was not helpful or professional. Between the product problems and poor customer service, I would not purchase from Williams Sonoma or Breville again.
This machine is far too expensive to have this many issues.
