The whole process from enquiry to implementation has been very easy - for me. Solar did all the hard work.
The scaffolding and system installation teams were respectful and tidy. A small thing but it was a cold day when the solar panels were installed and the team made sure all our doors were kept shut so that the house stayed warm.
There were post implementation activities that needed doing with other firms which the handover team handled very well.
I had a technical query (not a fault) which was handled very quickly and satisfactory by the Technical Support Team.
Overall, I am very pleased with the work done by Contact Solar.

Great experience all round. Surveyor was great, installation team were fantastic and the post installation team were all over it.
Whole process was trouble free with the installation finishing ahead of time.
Would definitely recommend

The installation team were very efficient finishing the complete installation by midday. The handover was smooth and everything was left neat and tidy.
Staff at contact Solar have been very helpful and easy to deal with in the run up to installation and everything has gone very smoothly.

The installation by the engineer was first rate. The seven months from first enquirey to fitting was a bit of a stretch.

I needed to change the charging time for my inverter batteries. Called back same day and talked me through how to do it.

Jack was very chilled with the Tesla App in running through the program.

Very impressed with contact Solar. Very polite and punctual.

Great service from start to finish and all explained in great detail
Thanks

Contact Solar are a very professional company. There is no pressure to buy and they answer any questions and accommodate all requests wherever possible. The process is very thorough and straightforward.

This company installed a full system of solar panels and battery storage. They were exceptional from start to finish and obviously experts on Solar energy. No hard or pressure selling at all. they give you a price based on your needs and your budget. Our price was less than aspected, so we had an additional 2 panels. The technology has advanced so much from when we last thought about solar energy. The phone app has all the data and usage you could possibly need.
The staff, scaffold and installation teams were professional, helpful and friendly.
Highly recommended.

My experience of purchasing solar panels from Contact-Solar has been excellent. I've been kept informed at every stage of the process. The company has handled all necessary paperwork and kept me up-to-date at all times. Once the Panels were installed the after sales support has also been excellent. I've been supplied with a number of videos which show me how the system works and how to operate it and there has been telephone support taking me through the system. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish , talked through process and follow up care

Had to contact them recently after having a new smart meter fitted, they were very helpful and sorted the problem straight away.

Had our solar panels a few months now - so seems a good time to write a review.
The folks from contact solar were excellent.
Would recommend to anyone.

professional service helpful with explanations throughout the entire process.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very patient with answering calls.

Staff were excellent, never felt under pressure to proceed all installation targets were met and the quote was accurate

Excellent service from start to finish. From the initial enquiry, to the straight forward and clear contracts, and the installation, everything was faultless, hassle free and easy. Very good fitting team, and the support staff, are very friendly, polite and efficient. A very good company to do business with.

Honestly say that my experience with Contact Solar (EDF) was amazing. Initially I was a bit wary about going with a national company, rather than a local installer. Thinking that I'd be just joining the treadmill of installations with will or no regards for customer satifaction.
I couldn't have been more wrong - communication, documentation, openness and clarity was exceptional. Questions answer in minutes through email. Installation team were courteous, informative, and very friendly. Post installation with sign off of the work, Contact Solar working with our provider to transfer us onto our chosen tariffs and the all the support documentation was outstanding - would thoroughly recommend Contact Solar without ant reservation at all....

From the initial call from Jacob to the installation the process was made very easy. Thanks to Grace and all the staff and to the lady in the scaffold team. Would definitely recommend the company through EDF, even dealing with all paperwork and arranging our tariff change
