This company is an absolute SCAM
Do NOT BUY from this company. I ordered products 1YEAR ago and never received ! I call up and email and call up and email . Then offered me a refund and have had no refund and it’s been two months since offered refund! Sick of calling a not getting and answer! I’m going to gather petitions and will be escalating this with office of fair Trading ! I will not give up! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We were excited for the vision we had for our backyard and the 3x5 Pergola was the perfect item to complete the picture. We placed the order in January and waited. It is 09 OCTOBER 2026 and absolutely no guarantee of ever receiving the item. A refund has now been promised, twice. Experiencing the same empty promises. Back to dreamland for us, but a very very disappointing experience dealing with Cosy Deals.

Radio silence when trying to find out when my pergola will be delivered. I am still waiting. I should have known better than believe them. Never return calls or emails when you want an update. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I can’t believe companies act like this. We work hard for these luxuries and you get treated like this. Makes me feel sad.

All consumers beware do not use this company they are great at filling up their bank accounts by taking our money but never supplying the products we have been waiting 9 months now this is illegal practice against consumer law as they give you a standard date but once not meet never follow up never communicate by why would they as they have be paid already this is like they are selling nothing they can supply and commit to spend your money somewhere else.

Phoned a few times and left email no one returns calls I bought a pergola off them the quality is fine but needed some screens for it not sure the issues no staff?no interested in a nice sale good luck

****Learn from our mistake and stay clear****
We ordered a sauna in January 2026, with an estimated delivery at the end of February 2026. We have now been waiting 9 months for said sauna with continual excuses of the same poor caliber. We requested a refund and have heard radio silence since. We have engaged the ACCC who have advised we have a case, but they are struggling to get a response also. We have now been advised to get our lawyer involved as it is unlikely we will ever see our sauna or $7500 again through this company. We gave them the benefit of the doubt over delayed shipping for 6 months, but this has gotten ridiculous.

Stay away from this company; absolutely dishonest in every way. I fully paid for a Pergola back in April and still have no sign of delivery; it’s now September. They will not reply to emails or phone calls. I have no other choice but to pursue legal action through the financial fraud agency and report them to the ACCC.

Still waiting for product so he contacted and after many excuses and emails they have agreed to refund him
Well that has even been a bigger nightmare has had 3 emails now apologising and stating refund is happening just waiting for financial team to do and will be done ASAP
Funny how taking money was easy but then refunding is all of a sudden very hard

Time to get my lawyer involved I think as he has written proof refund is happening and should of by now

Stay well clear of this company . You will not receive product . It is a scam . Have waited for nearly over a year for product . Have demanded a refund which has been going on for over a month. Said they would refund but nothing . STAY CLEAR!

I would love to leave a positive review, but im still waiting on my 6x4 pergola which was ordered in January.
So far all i can say is their correspondance is zero, their customer service is zero. They dont even have a reason why. Left many call back requests and emails, NOTHING

BEWARE OF THIS COMPAY AND STAY AWAY!!!!!Cosy Deals should be closed down! I had a terrible experience with them after buying a pergola in April...not receiving it and then getting the runaround round from the ineffectual Julius and dodgy dealing Melody. After 4 months I finally had some action about a refund when I lodged a complaint with Coles Credit Card. This pair are crooks have no intention of giving refunds unless you fight for it. Don't believe a thing that they say as they are experienced liars... do yourself a BIG favour and just buy a pergola from Bunnings...the continual bad reviews they are getting says it all!

If I didnt recieve part of my order, then I would say this place is a 100% scam. Unfortunately I can only say it's just a poorly run business in way over their head - as you can see from the most recent reviews circa 2026, many have the same issue of undelivered goods for several months. I am still waiting for Items for over 6 months. Not once have they reached out to me. I have had to contact them several times, only to be told that they are working on it.

I have requested a refund, if I do not recieve a legitimate response within 48 hours I will be raising a dispute with my financial institution and will take it further if needed.

For everyone else, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DISASTER OF A COMPANY.

I purchased a 3x5 gazeebo in March but have not recieved any goods nor any meaningfull updates. Emails are ignored and cant get anyone on the phone. Did get a few responses on whats app but just all excuses as how it was someone elses job to process refunds. Has been 5 weeks of promissed refunds and no action i now believe i have been SCAMMED conpletelty. I have had a solicter send a letter of demand so see where that takes me but i imagine it will be ignored like everything else. Do not buy from this fake company !!

I am absolutely horrified what I read about this company .. people don’t receive their orders and can’t get their money back .. I order a sauna in last February I was told it will be delivered in June rang up in July to see what was happening I rang all day and no one answered the phone now we are already in august 13th and again no one answered the phone call .. I am worried that I won’t get my money back .. the sauna cost me $6849,00..
Everyone be aware of this company it is so dodgy..

Here's the thing, My wife and I didn't have an amazing experience with Cosy Deals, BUT, they did what they needed to do to remedy the situation. This is worth a read... We purchased a Sauna and paid just under $7000, we knew based on their business model that there was going to be a wait, and that wait time was mostly unknown. We needed time to prepare the space for the sauna and engage an electrician to advise on electrical work anyway. Our concerns began when 4 weeks had passed with no shipping updates. In that time our electrician had advised us that our property had no capacity to power the sauna without significant electrical upgrades including the mains power lines coming into the property. The sauna required 33 amps and of electrical current and we had no capacity to power it. This pushed the whole project well above what we could afford and therefore had no choice but to request a refund. Cosy deals had authorised the refund immediately and stated via whatsapp that it would take up to 7 days to land in our account. This did not happen, from day 8 i was regularly messaging asking where our refund was and kept getting apologies and no refund. On day 14 after seeking legal advise I advised them we will need to take further action if the refund was not processed in a timely manner.

Following this, our refund was processed that day and was recieved in full the following day. We had also received a phone call from Albert, a senior manager within Cosy Deals, profusely apologising that Cosy deals had let us down. He admitted to current shipping challenges but wanted to re-iterate that they are not a scam company, they are dealing with several issues at the moment and doing their very best to getting back to business as usual, and had every intention of completing the refund. It was not Cosy Deals fault that we had to cancel, however i do hope they improve the electrical requirements and advice on their product ads so consumers can make more of an informed decision. I believe albert and I wish Cosy deals the best in their future endeavours. COSY DEALS DID NOT REQUEST THIS REVIEW. This is just our honest take on our experience with them.

I paid for a Pergola and two Laser Cut Panels back on 16 January 2026. Both items had the same tracking number. We received the Pergola kit on 13 March 2026. However, the Laser Cut Panels were not included with the Pergola delivery. I raised this issue with Cosy Deals and up until the end of June 2026 I was receiving some replies to phone calls and emails. Suddenly all correspondence has now gone silent. This would indicate a company that no longer provides customer support. With no delivery update I requested a full refund of $1394. No reply to this request. I have now raised a complaint with Fair Trading NSW. I will withdraw this complaint if I receive a full refund

We ordered and paid for a spa bath in March this year. Were told repeatedly that there were delays which initially I accepted. But after 3 and a half months we decided to cancel and get a refund. We were promised this back on 16 June. We ring and they don’t ring back. Here we are at August 6 and after 3 more calls, with no reply, still no refund. Will escalate to appropriate government department!

Ordered my pergola in March 2026 and still haven’t received my delivery August 2026
Every month I emailed and there response was sorry for delay when we have a delivery date we will contact you, I’ve emailed again this week asking for a full refund and no have response from them so a complaint has been raised with fair trading
