ordered pergola in January 26 - with promised delivery in Feb. Now the end of June. Told me at the start of June they had no idea when it would be delivered. Asked for a refund. Gave bank details for the refund. Have sent several more emails and now phone not taking messages. Cannot get any response from them. I would never recommend them. Not sure if I have lost my money. But not feeling confident.

I purchased a pergola and 2x dropscreens.
i was sent the wrong sized dropscreens, tried to get them exchanged for the right fitting dropscreen and was essentially ghosted by this company. 4 months later there is still no outcome
so 4 months later i have stuck with 2x wrong sized dropscreens that physically do not fit the pergola i bought and am out of pocket $1300 with no care from this company

Ordered my pergola early March and still hasn’t arrived. Had a work colleague also a neighbour who were interested in buying one but have decided to go elsewhere as didn’t want to wait so long for delivery. Work colleague already has theirs and installed in 3 weeks by purchasing elsewhere.

Waiting over 6 months for pergola and screens delivery.
Ordered a pergola in November - paid in full plus two laser cut screens. Still waiting despite numerous calls, emails, chats. Got off tge phone today with a manager who was still no help with dates. I’ve given them 7 days to let me know a confirmed date or will go to consumer affairs as this feels like a scam after waiting over 6 months. My original delivery date was supposed to be the 26th February! Im not a happy customer. 😡

Steer clear of this company and buy from reputable supplier
Purchased fencing, initial delivery delayed. Provided a new date and informed product was shipped and needed to clear Customs. I was then advised that the product is still in manufacturing. So after almost 3 months of waiting and delays I have requested a refund. Seems the company does not like to supply the product or your money back.
Now I just get a reply that says someone else will take care of the refund, but you guessed it, I don't hear from them

Was then told dispatch would be today have had no phone call and/or emails advising when we would be receiving them. Also no one is answering phone calls I think this company is a scam and I have lost my money…… be careful very careful.

Never buy goods from this supplier at all , it's been four months and I haven't received the product that I've payed for. The website says it's available and it will be delivered in early January. Communication with the company trough email and phone call been told that the shipment will come in March,then 2nd week April then the 20th , now they're saying that there CFO has gone to China yesterday and they will know today what the status is.

Although there were delays and they delivered an incorrect product, the way the staff dealt with it made my review what it is. Even though the sauna was wrong we are still extremely happy with the product. It’s strong and good quality, much more than what I was expecting given the price difference if we had have gone with an Australian company. Ultimately the 3 month wait was well worth the $6000 saving. If you’re happy to wait to save the money then do it.

Questionable delivery promises
Product is of good quality but the customer service was a big letdown. I placed an order at the start of Aug and eventually received it mid Dec. This after a promised delivery of 4 weeks. I contacted then when delivery was due, not them contacting me during any of this, asking for an update. I was then told my shipment was accidentally miss the overseas shipment. I could do nothing but to accept this and ask for a new date, and was told 4-5 weeks as they will now place me on priority. 4 weeks later I called again asking for an update and was told my shipment was missed again but it will be a priority on the next that's due in 4 weeks. Well long story short there was a bit of bad weather that delay shipments for 2 weeks but I waited 18 weeks for a promised 4 week delivery.
This I found shocking. Your first feedback on my review had you apologising for the bad delivery saying you are now changing delivery partners, then a couple days later changed it to a no apology thanking me for understanding. Definitely untrustworthy and bad customer service. I will never deal with you again

Very strong construction
Very strong construction. The installation guide has well laid out steps that are easy to follow. The wall attachment as per the guide did not suit our brick wall. I had to do slight modifications to the brackets. All other steps were straight forward. The only step that was a pain was attaching the two last pieces that lock the louvers in. The ten self drilling screws supplied for the two sides are too weak as you need to drive through two layers of aluminium. You need to pre-drill before trying to install the screws as the screw-head are easily stripped out.

Our new entertaining area.
Hi, after checking various companies on line for their pergola's , we decided on Cosy Deals 4mx6m white freestanding louvered pergola as it had good reviews and was a great price compared to other companies.
Construction was quite easy and did not take to long.
We are at this stage quite happy with our choice and it looks good, has handled the rain well and is easy to open/close with the manual handles provided as we did not opt for the electrical version. As mentioned by another review, some written instructions with the pictures would be handy and make it a bit easier for those that are not so technical minded as well as some more detail on where and how wiring should be run for lighting etc.. Our only let down was the delay in delivery from the overseas leg of the delivery , once it was in Australia delivery was fast and good. Hoping to have many years of enjoyment and gatherings under our new Pergola.
