Was very happy with out outcome, love it, would recommend it to anyone

Bought an outdoor cube sauna from cosy deals. Was extremely impressed with the quality of the timber, and accessories that came with it. All the premade cuts were perfect to size which made assembly a breeze. The price is so much cheaper than other suppliers out there too. VERY happy with my purchase from them!

This is an excellent product, far better than any we have seen in Perth and great value far better then the ones at big green n red shed & a better price.
We got a 4x4, it looks great was easy to install, it was a 'family outing' day so offered a few laughs along the way.
Really great communication before and after purchase.
I would highly recommend.

Good communication throughout my purchase and the pergola was exactly how it was described. Easy to follow instructions and to erect. Very happy with this product.

Awesome product, very well made. Communication was great & was kept updated with arrival of goods. Easy to assemble as instructions were very step by step & clear.

Everything was included, and delivered before time

Well manufactured with high quality materials.
Delivery was much sooner than expected.

Very satisfied and I would highly recommend dealing with them

Great value for money item. After reading the reviews for this company we decided to buy a 4x6 free standing pergola. It was shipped in record time and came in 7 well marked boxes, all numbered with fairly clear building instructions. Instructions would be better if there was written instructions and not just pictures.
We are very happy with the end result and is just what we were looking for. Definitely has added valuable living space to our outdoor area.

We ordered a Queen 4x4 pergola with one blind and are very happy. The installation was done over two days, you need to get your posts plumb and spacings spot on if you are installing a blind. Some touch up paint would be handy as there were a few minor nicks from the factory. Overall a fantastic product and great value for your money. Melody was very helpful throughout the whole process.

Love our gazebo !
A really great addition to our home and would recommend Cosi deals and this product! We even gave them our permission to photograph our back area to use in their promotional material ! Hopefully you may see photos on their website after lighting was added!!

Really happy with our pergola and extremely happy with the customer service. Melody was very helpful and when she didn’t have the answer she would promptly find out. Thank you xx

We purchase the 6x4 queen pegolia and blinds. The quality of the pegolia was amazing. Assembling took longer than expected but it was well packaged and instructions were very details. There was a fault with one of the blinds. After photos were provided to cosydeals, they organised a replacement blind. We dealt with Mel throughout the process who was great and very helpful.

Received our Pergola with 1 delay.
But reasonable for November.
Pergola is of good quality, there was no damage to our 4x6 pergola which included 4 manual curtains, again great quality.

A few flaws along the way, missing parts which delayed the install by 6 hours.
Cosy Deals replied to my message immediately & rectified the issue.

Found the install instructions abit vague, or maybe felt things werent highly stressed enough, this made for going forward difficult.
But when it states to keep the rubbers separate (THIS IS A MUST)
We got there in the end.

Curtains are easy to install following the instructions to the letter we couldn't find the release button only to realise there is no such thing.
The very importance of keeping the structure balanced to slot the curtains was paramount.
Another client is correct there should have been touch up paint in the package, we used a dark grey spray paint to cover bare areas.

It was a great experience & we believe if we had to do it again we would find it much easier.
Took around 4 full days to get the 4x6 pergola with 4 side curtains up.

Great prices for this product, I was in bunnings today looking at there pergola on display with the louvre roof & hand on heart the Cosy Deal pergola is a much sturdier product.

I will be looking to purchase a smaller pergola for my daughters property.

Keep up the good work Cosy Deals!!

Pergola is good value for money. The overall kit could be improved by including some touch up paint to correct powder coating faults. Also, fixing the base to concrete with dyna bolts is dicey, they have a tendency to slacken in the holes drilled when tightened. After two failed attempts I swapped for Ramset AnkaScrews, worked way better.
Disappointing communication failed to advise of minor delay in pergola delivery which wasn't a concern, and a major delay with the sun blind. Ordered in October, expected late November now waiting to the end of summer in mid February. I only found out by checking the website, even now I'm not confident it will be delivered by the February date.

Great price for a great product. The communication between my order date and delivery date was great. I enquired about the eta and they did their best to give me up to date information. Delivered 1 month after order, which was expected.

I left notes for delivery instructions which were ignored and not passed on by seller to transport company which left a $3000 item sitting on footpath. Not happy.
They need to lift their game

More than pleased with the pergola. It was delivered right on time to the day.
Helpful staff and info on website.
Constructed within 2 days.
Love the look and very happy with the product.

Great priced item , fast delivery that arrived the exact time promised , easy instructions that made assembly painless & most importantly a great follow up service by company staff.

The prices and communication is great.
Product is good and sturdy too.
Its reliable as it keeps you updated and after service is good too
Highly recommend this seller

The product was as advertised and we were kept informed where our order was at all time. Plus it is great value for money when compared to similar pergolas.
