We are truly sorry that the delivery of your pergola took longer than anticipated. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
To help explain why such delays can occur, we have an article detailing the factors that might affect delivery times: https://cosydeals.com.au/blogs/why-fast-means-expensive-and-how-we-keep-delivery-costs-down
Our aim is to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you, which sometimes involves using smaller local delivery companies. We always strive to select the fastest and most reliable delivery options, but unfortunately, delays can still happen.
We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding. We hope that the quality of your new pergola will exceed your expectations and positively influence your review.
A very good purchase .
A very good purchase .. strong good looking and easy to assemble. The pergola I got was 4m x 3m and there is only a small time that you need 2 people to fix one section. it will take you about 4/5 hours to complete.

6x4 queen aluminium freestanding pergola
We purchased the queen size pergola 6x4 freestanding which my partner and I assembled ourselves. It took a little over 3 days from start to finish.
The order came in very defined packaging, boxed in order of assembling. The instruction graphics were very clear and easy to understand.
My overall impression of the pergola is of a high quality, well manufactured product, that I would be happy to recommend.
