This company is a scam. You put your order through and pay and nothing gets delivered . I’ve been waiting for 9 months .stay well away from this company!

So I placed my order for pergola and screens for a total of $6500 money was deducted, this was on the 17/03/26 its now 04/08/26 so nearly 5 months to the day and I still havnt recived my order.
I figure they wait untill enough people have ordered and do a bulk buy and then have them shipped, but FFS be transparent dont bull$##&^ people, if I was told the truth from the beggining would I have still ordered it ? probably knowing the time frame yes, but its the lack of communication and the same email sent to you each time I ask whats going on. I will give it one more month and then I will ask for a refund and contact ACCC.

Same as so many people . Ordered a pergola on the 26/12/25 . Communication with cosy deals poor. I requested a refund as I never received my ordered . Got one email saying it would be hand over to the manager for processing. Now cosy deals will not answer any of my emails or answer their phone. Like so many people I am seeking legal action. Cosy deals are scanners ! I thought because it is Australian company it would be safe .

Have been waiting 4.5 months for my pergola with no indication of delivery time. Requested a refund and have been told for over 2 weeks it’s processing and depending on bank time I will have it in a couple of days . Still nothing. Now they’re not answering my phone calls or emails . Radio silence. I will be taking legal action. Steer clear.

Edit 04/7 I have launched a dispute with my bank.

Before commiting to purchase anything from this company, try and contact them first, I wish you all the best!!!!! I would hate to have a warranty or any other issue with them........The reviews are not so great...

Along with many others on here I also placed an order and paid in full for a 3x5 pergola in January with and ETA for delivery in March. You guessed it, no comms, no updates whatsoever. I made several attempts to get an update with the same generic response re manufacturing delays, apologies and thanks for your understanding replies and will be in touch with updates etc etc.
I have followed up numerous times with the same response.
Now 8 months post my initial order I still have no line of site or additional info, even requesting an alternate size if available and attempting to escalate to discuss with management with no response.

Steer clear, don’t waste your time and be like many of us who have purchased based on misleading timeframes and no updates.
As stated, follow up is a waste of your time with the same old reply that you know is BS month after month.

I was offered a small refund for the delay a few months ago with misleading indications that delivery was near.
Like most here I will be seeking a full refund and lodging a formal complaint.

Steer well clear of this company. I paid for a Pergola and side screens back in January. Was provided a tracking number for shipment, due to arrive end March. Only to be told my order wasn't placed in the shipping container and would be shipped next month. Numerous emails and promised updates later and still no delivery over 6 months after the order was placed and paid for. I asked for a full refund over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I now believe this is a scam company and will be raising a complaint with Fair Trading NSW.

The worst run companies out there. Falsely advertising estimated delivery dates knowing very well they can not achieve these dates. We ordered in April with end of may delivery date. Still no pergola. I have requested a refund which is yet to be forthcoming and I will be initiating further action. Return your customers calls and refund their money.

If this company is not a scam then it is one of the worst run companies out there. I understood their business model of 'group buy' going in, but what I did not realise was the other side of their business model which 'we will take your money and give you no information'. I purchased the 5x3m Pergola with them, I had email them and asked them some questions, they got back to me straight the way.
The product arrived in a month time, very happy with there services and arrangement, legit online site

Don’t buy from this company. I’ve contacted several times and still haven’t had any communication from them waiting for my order from February 2026.

I paid for a 3m pergola drop screen from Cosy Deals in January 2026 for $607.00. More than six months later, I still had not received the product or even a confirmed delivery date.

During that time I contacted the company on numerous occasions seeking an update. Every response followed essentially the same pattern—that they were "waiting for the final update from the manufacturing team" and would let me know as soon as they received confirmation. Unfortunately, that confirmation never came.

What was particularly frustrating was seeing the same product still being advertised on their website with relatively short dispatch times for new customers, while my fully paid order remained outstanding with no delivery timeframe.

After more than six months, I advised Cosy Deals that I required either a confirmed delivery date within seven days or a full refund. They acknowledged my request and stated that my refund request had been referred to management if they could not provide a delivery date. The seven-day period expired without either a confirmed delivery date or a refund, leaving me with no option but to cancel my order and formally demand a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

I cannot comment on the quality of the product because I never received it. However, based on my experience, the communication consisted of repeated generic updates with no meaningful progress, and I found the overall customer service and order fulfilment to be extremely disappointing.

I hope Cosy Deals improves its communication and order management so that future customers do not experience the same frustration.

Oh... and I am still waiting for my refund

I have been waiting 3 months for two pergolas,
3x4 and 3x 3.
I still don't have an arrival date, should I not receive a firm delivery date, I will be asking for a full refund.

Don’t buy with this business! We purchased in March 26, they said there was shipping delays and now won’t return our money and radio silence.

I purchased 2x pergolas and drop screens in January, with an expected date of late February delivery. when that was missed we were grantee'd April, aft that new dates where never supplied, when I ask I was given a very AI sorry letter. When I asked for a refund I was told I would be placed in a queue. I went through my back to get my money back after 6 months, 3 day later the bank got me my money. not even an email or any communications from Cosydeals. will never use or recommend them.

I purchased two 3x4 manual opening pergolas with slide down screens. The pergolas look great and work well, as do the screens. The pergolas were reasonably simple to install as I had the appropriate equipment and am pretty handy. Likewise, the screens were easy to install.

It is extremely important that your levels are correct to ensure that the vergolas are square. Preparation and taking your time in the installation is essential if you want to get it right.

Product was as described and very happy with the service overall. Would use again.

I ordered two pergolas in March. I had not received a delivery date four months later. I followed by email and phone on numerous occassions and I received no replies. I asked for a refund and had no replies to this request also.
I actually had no contact from the Company until I posted a review. Once I posted a review they contacted me within 24 hours and then refunded me within 48 hours.
I suspect that this website is a scam and would not recommend you using them.

Terrible communication and false hopes.
I built my deck extension around the pergola I ordered months ago. Melody and Julius dangle the carrot and give false delivery dates and different stories. Now I get told it’s not ordered and not coming unless I want to wait 6-8 months.who knows if that’s right. As well as another bloke telling me they can’t order anything till accounts are sorted and Julius couldn’t tell me who that was. Even though still advertising all their products online. This company is a joke don’t do not to yourself. Please look elsewhere and pay that little bit more it’s not worth the stress. 🖕 now I have to try get my money
