Very helpful, and understanding . I’d ordered my panels while in Europe, and as I couldn’t check immediately, Craig agreed to wait three weeks before I could.

As usual great delivery times, thanks again Craig,
If you need anything to do with solar this is the man to go to.

Excellent!

Easy to choose, Easy to order and very carefully delivered.

Excellent! I cannot praise Craig highly enough. His outstanding attitude towards customer service is 1st class. His approach is polite, efficient, and helpful. My purchase was fulfilled on time, even though I decided to change my order.
Thank you so much Craig, you could begin a side business, guiding lesser companies with regard to customer service!

Not the first time I shopped with Craig Solar and won't be the last, quick delivery and good panels.

Great sevice fast delivery good panels work great on bluetti ac 200p

Ordered solar panel on 25 Dec 2022. After a couple weeks I became concerned about no update. After contacting CraigSolar , the company went above and beyond to chase the delivery up and it arrived today 20th Jan 2023. It's my second purchase from them and they are great 330W solar panels for my off grid system. I expect that I will purchase more before too long as I have come to trust the company.

Very happy with first purchase and will not hesitate to use again excellent service delivery and competitive pricing

Perfect size for my roof. Delivered the next day.
Working well even at this time of year.
Wonderful service.

Very happy with my solar panels, they were delivered by a careful courier service and received in good order

Hassle Free Experience. We have had numerous panels for Craig this year. The quality of the solar panels is very good, communication is particularly good and Criag delivered the last set of panels personally as the usual carriers were not meeting the correct standards.
Highly Recommended. Thank You Criag.

3 transactions so far and more to come. Very efficient website and shipping system.
Good product.
Noice

Items that was in stock was sent fast and the guys had fast and very good communication. The guys did their very best to get the required solar panel to myself that was on back order. Will certainly be ordering / dealing with CraigSolar again in the near future.

Extremely honest, and helpful, with continued communications throughout the whole process.
Product is very well made and very pleased with the results.
A top product from a top guy.
Looking forward to future purchases, as we know we have them planned. Thanks Craig!

I have purchased 3 solar panels from craigsolar, a 200w, a 260w and a 200w flexible panel. All the panels have been fantastic. Very well made. I had cause to contact Craig via email for a very minor support issue and he responded quickly and helpfully. Nothing seemed too much trouble for this chap. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase solar products. It will definately be my go to shop for all of my future solar needs. I want to purchase another 200w panel in the future but finances are tight so this will have to wait unfortuantly, however craigsolar will definately be getting my business in the future, Fantastic products, great company and a jolly nice helpful chap at the end of the supply chain!
