Ordered some cables from for a new installation, the courier lost them but CraigSolar sent a replacement set via another courier in time for the job to be completed.

Can't rate this company highly enough, incredible service!

Excellent customer service and goes the extra mile. and keeps you updated with your order. this is the second time I’ve used Craig solar and would recommend him every time.

The panels I ordered were on back order so I was not expecting immediate despatch. The vendor contacted me and asked me if I wanted to be refunded as there was the possibility of additional delays outside of his control. I decided as I was in no rush to keep the order open. I received regular updates on the order progress and was notified in advance with tracking details. A very good service and I would not hesitate to buy from Craig Solar again.

Great company to deal with.
Purchased 2 x 200w solar panels and other bits, competitive price, arrived when stated and in good condition, very prompt and helpful with any queries.
This company is a fine example to all who trade online.
Well done Craig Solar, would highly recommend.

Great service and communication. Craig is a stand up guy who does all he can to help. Couldn’t have wished for better.

Really great service, kept us informed of delivery every step of the way. Product arrived in good condition and can't wait to get them on the roof.

Great buying experience. Craig delivered my panels personally and communications were excellent. Packaging is good and they are outperforming the ones they replaced by a big margin!

First time I have used Craigsolar. I was very impressed with how easy it was to order online and how quickly the order was processed and dispatched. Not put the single 340 Watt panel into service yet but have tested it with a multimeter and it appears fine. The only small complaint (and it is a small one) I have is that perhaps the fly leads from the panel could be a little more generous. The one's fitted to the panel effectively force you to add a connecting lead between panels which both adds expense and potentially resistance by having more connectors in the circuit. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of when ordering.

Great panels. thank you for a support and replacement, fast and furious I like to add.
will recommend to anyone

Ordered 03/09, all the panels turned up 05/09, a couple of days later. Personal delivery by Mr Craig Solar himself! Brilliant Service, many thanks. If I need some more panels, I'll use again Craig Solar again.

I purchased 3 x 300W solar panels which were delivered amazingly fast. Sadly, one of them was damaged by the delivery driver. Craig didn’t mess about, he got a replacement out the next day and followed up with great comms all the way through. This is how all businesses should treat their customers…. Brilliant service

Second time I have purchased solar panels from Craig. Always a worry regarding transporting glass items with courier's. Needn't have worried, the panel was well packaged and arrived safely and promptly. Communication with Craig is excellent and orders are dealt with swiftly. Would have no problem dealing with this company again or recommending them to others.

Good quality robust 200w panel. Well packaged and delivered on-time, carefully and undamaged. Also a matching charge controller and cables. Good selection of kit and good prices. Will be buying here again when my system needs expanding.

Excellent service and high quality product

Fantastic service throughout. Very quick to dispatch orders that arrived quickly. Craig was very helpful when an order arrived incomplete and replacement was dispatched the next day. Hassle free ordering great products. Thank you

Excellent customer service and fast delivery 👍🏼

2nd panel I have bought from here delivery was a little slower than I hoped but it looks well made and is topping up my caravan battery nicely

Solar panels turned up on time. One was damaged by courier and Craig sorted it out very quickly. Will buy more in future from Craig. Good communications and service thank you

Fantastic service, fast delivery would recommend anyone to him, I personally have never had a problem with any products or contacting Craig. I’ve now had 4 panels off him, thanks for your help Craig…steve
