Can not thank Craig enough for going out of his way and sorting out a replacement solar panel when one went missing in delivery via Royal Mail. Craig got one dispatched double quick, so helpful, I would highly recommend using this company for all your solar needs. Thanks once again Craig, top man.
Mark.

First time I have used this company and received excellent service communication was very good will definitely use again

Site has good reviews for quality of products. Unfortunately my product hasn't arrived, and seems to be stuck by Hermes. However, there are no contact details on the website to raise this, their order email is a 'no reply', and the email address on Trustpilot (hello@) bounces back. So they've taken my money but i have no way to let them know there's been an issue with delivery.

UPDATE
To be fair to Craig immediately after I posted this he emailed to apologise and provided a full refund. He explained he’s taken his ‘contact me’ section off the website due to spam, and is looking for an alternative. Following the explanation and speed of response, I think it’s fair to see the customer service is indeed excellent. I have reordered Craig Solar products via Amazon with guaranteed next day delivery via Prime.

Great Panels at good price and really fast delivery ,will recomend to other touring caravaners 10/10 Thanks for plesant transaction Craig

Will use again direct from the Craigsolar site.
Very customer focused with great follow up assistance.

Bought 3 160watt panels from Craig and just ordered a 4th to power my Bluetti. Great customer service and the solar output is fantastic. Frequently get 217watts in good sun (well above the 160 stated). I suffer from shade so parallel is my only option but a 2s2p setup which I'm going to try, I expect will generate well more than the 320w it states (likely 430+w). Overall, glad I bought these over the others online.

Fast efficient and personalised service. Great quality and competitively priced solar products. Would definitely use Craig again for future solar projects.
Only complaint is from the wifey in that Craig did not leave the lovely little dog that was with him in his van

Great service, panel arrived as per delivery date.
Any question and Craig will always get back to you, very helpful

good value solar panel, quick delivery, friendly service

Craig supplied me with a solar panel and controller for my camper conversion. Excellent service from start to finish!
Quality product and outstanding customer service. I had a couple of issues and Craig could not have been more helpful. I would Wholeheartedly recommend Craigsolar and will definitely buy from him again! Thanks again Craig for all your help 👍🏼👌

Truly outstanding service and what a lovely lad, we received our panels in 24hrs, why? Because he jumped in his van and delivered them himself, now that's commitment. Best price and quality available on the current market and we really did our research. Only mistake made was ours, originally ordered only 4, should of just ordered the 13 to start with which now gives us 4.160kw array and on a town house with a "Give Energy" system that should cover our entire usage and then some, Octopus Energy still pay a good F.I.T, and with the "Go Energy" plan KWH goes from 28p to 14p and less, you save a fortune. Thanks Craig! Love from the Gray's.

Great guys , kepted me upto date with when my bits was getting to them and true to his word got them next day .

cheers Guys and will use again

I collected a 330w panel and cables, added to my order whilst I was there. He bent over backwards to help me. Great prices and top quality products. I would highly recommend him to anybody
