My issues is the same or similar to others here. Advertising Free VIP membership and suddenly you’re receiving charges to your credit card. I was told that they send out monthly product samples with these VIP membership. They are refusing the refund the charge. I have 4 emails stating product is in the way, nothing ever received. 50% of the time they don’t answer their customer service emails! When they do it’s “sorry there is no order being sent out, I see how this can be confusing” What? The company is joke. Be warned, do not provide your credit card information to them!!

Experience is ok as they suddenly charge the spare amount of barrels as they have to put on the top so everyone can see

Pleased with my purchase from Curlslab. The product does what they promise and the pricing feels reasonable for the quality — good value for money compared with a lot of what's out there. The ordering process was straightforward and everything arrived as described.

A little bit tricky with the pricing (the curling barrels are charged extra and that's only mentioned at the end of the listing).
But works very well and feels like solid quality.

Works beautifully on my shoulder-length hair. The curls are the perfect size.

Only received 3 days ago but so far I am very happy with my purchase.

I was disappointed with my experience. The website advertised a 5-in-1 package at a very attractive price, but after placing my order I discovered I was charged separately for the curling barrels. The pricing was not clearly explained, making the offer feel misleading. Had the total cost been transparent, I would have purchased the same product elsewhere for less, with free shipping. I hope the company updates its website to clearly show the actual total price so future customers can make an informed decision.

Bought their promo offer of 2 for 1 as a gift for myself and sister in law... only 1 showed up.
They won't respond to emails for assistance or shipping the missing product.
Have asked me to verify with a shipping label ( which was discarded on opening the original pacakge ) what they shipped - somehow they don't know. I even paid for shipping insurance but they can't or won't verify anything.

Don't waste your money on a cheaper product... you'll end up saving up for the real deal - i know i will be - at least the other company offers way better customer service and warranty and offers timely email responses.

Decent tool, but I have extremely long hair and it takes a while to curl it all in small sections.

I was a victim of the $69.95 scam. I had to report them to the BBB since they cancel my order.
