Great tool, lightweight and easy to use
I can do my hair in less than 10 mins.

Surprisingly I love it just got it the other day and was worried with all the negative reviews but I gotta say it works wonderfully I have really curly hair and I used the straightening brush and wow all I can say is wow ! And my hair is smooth and shines thanks curl lab love it !

The blowout brush gives me that 90s supermodel volume. Absolutely obsessed.

I'm not great at doing hair, but this tool makes it foolproof. The barrel just wraps the hair around itself.

I have mixed feelings about this product.

The styling brushes work well and I am happy with those attachments. They help reduce frizz, add volume, and leave my hair looking smoother. For those functions, the tool performs as expected.

However, my experience with customer service and the curling barrels has been frustrating.

When I placed my order, the product was advertised at one price, but I later noticed an additional charge for the curling barrels. I contacted customer service requesting a refund because the extra charge was not clearly reflected in the checkout total I authorized. Despite multiple emails, I never received a direct answer to my concerns. Eventually, they simply stopped addressing the refund request and responded with generic messages.

As for the curling barrel attachment, I still have not been able to use it successfully. It is much more difficult than the advertisements make it seem. I searched for tutorials hoping to learn the proper technique, but most of the content I found online appears to be from paid ambassadors promoting the product rather than genuine customer reviews or detailed instructional videos.

Overall, the smoothing and volumizing attachments are good, but the lack of clear tutorials, the difficulty of using the curling barrels, and the disappointing customer service experience make it difficult for me to give a higher rating.

Je suis très surprise, aux vues des commentaires post achat, je pensais m’être fait avoir.
Oui le bruit est celui d’un séchoir peu importe l’accessoire, mais il est beaucoup plus léger, les têtes rotatives différentes offrent plusieurs options avec un seul appareil.

Evidemment mes cheveux n’ont pas eu une boucle parfaite longtemps, mais cela revient au même que les autres fers à friser dont le contact de la chaleur est directement sur le cheveux, tandis qu’avec ce produit, ça tient aussi longtemps sans que mon cheveux n’ai de contact direct avec du 450.

Pour le prix initial je recommande, mais les accessoires boucleurs sont chargés séparément sans approbation.

100$CAN n’est pas dramatique SI le moteur de l’instrument principal est de qualité.

My experience with it is wonderful it’s very easy to use. I got it delivered in 5 working days and they were updated everytime where my shipment it by using their track package link. So far it so good handy and easy.

I bought the multistyler pro in April. VIP membership was advertised as free with purchase. The product arrived and is as advertised. HOWEVER my credit card has had charges of $8.95 deducted monthly for three months for VIP membership. The company was notified after the first charge and I was assured it would be reimbursed. The following month the same thing happened, and I see that for the third month this charge has occurred. I did contact the company again after the second charge and was assured it would be reimbursed. Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated and would like to hear from customer service.

The pricing on this site is misleading. At checkout, I was shown a total of CAD $69.95 with no itemized extras. After purchasing, I was charged an additional ~$40 for attachments that were shown in the product images but not clearly disclosed as separate.
The only mention of this charge is buried deep in the product description, not at checkout where it matters.
When I contacted customer service immediately, they refused to cancel and required me to return the item instead of issuing a refund.
This is not transparent pricing and feels deceptive. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

This entire company is a scam. I bought the 5 in 1 style, got charged separately for the 5th item (nearly half of the entire order). I also bought the leather travel bag - not real leather or even close to anything resembling leather.

The order came in 10 days which was a massive red flag as I thought this was a Canadian company, it operates as a dropshipping company.

When the bag came, it was damaged. It sent pictures to Amy and she offered me either a 10% partial refund or a 10% off next purchase. I pushed for a refund or a replacement and she countered w me retuning the bag but I have to pay shipping. The shipping address is to the states.

I will not be purchasing from them again, Amy is polite but the issue I had, I feel, was not proportionally resolved.

Do not buy products from them you're better off buying an actual product with a team of people that can actually help you.

Good for the money paid

The airflow is really consistent and it doesn't overheat.

A bit pricey, but considering it replaces a dryer, curler, and straightener, it's actually a great deal.

The 5-in-1 design clears up so much space in my bathroom drawers. Love the minimal clutter.

THIS IS TERRIFIC!! I have soft silky hair with this and lots of body!!

I tried a knocked off and it burnt out on third use plus had a funny smell.

Lesson learnt hooray Curl Lab!!!
