IT’S A BIG SCAM.

Do not fall for the paid-looking reviews you see all over Instagram. The product feels cheap, and in my experience, it can damage/burn your hair.

Their “60-day money-back guarantee” is the biggest joke. It only applies if the product is unused. So basically, you can get your money back only if you never try it. Brilliant scam logic.

They also advertise “free VIP membership” and then charge your card $8.95 without clear consent.

And when you call them out on social media? They block you. 😂

Looks like a bunch of amateurs found an easy way to fool people online.

Avoid this brand.

I gave 2 stars because I actually did receive the product and it appears decent, although I just got it today and haven't used it much yet.
The issue is more with the advertising of the product as a 5-in-1 hairstyling tool for 69.95. When you check out your total is 69.95. Then within 3 minutes of check out, you get another charge for 39.95. I question their customer service immediately. Explaining that I did not authorize the 39.95 charge and to remove it immediately. They advised that the 69.95 was for 3 of the 5 tools and the 39.95 was for 2 of the 5 tools.
I emailed back saying this was very deceptive and the cancel my order immediately!
They responding back showing me where they display the separate charge of 39.95 that would be billed.
Of course it is hidden at the bottom of a drop down menu!
I received the package today and would have thought I would have gotten 2 boxes.
NOPE...everything came in 1 box.
So the consumer doesn't even get a choice to not take the items attached to the 39.95 charge!
I have sent them a firm email to reverse this charge and if they dont, I will be disputing it with my credit card.
At this point, it isn't about the money it is about principles. Clearly something they lack.

Worth the money paid. I was a bit skeptical if I'll receive the correct product. But the delivery was smooth. Got all the transit updates and received it in a week. Comparatively light in weight (which is the best part) and good to use.

Not a great delivery experience, took weeks to get it. Also, they charge for vip membership when it says free. I am still stuggling to get hang if the brushes as it tangles in my hairs.

Do not buy this product. It does not work. They have a 60 day money back guarantee. The only catch is they only accept returns if it's unused. Hard to try it for 60 days without using it. They don't pay for returns and they keep making excuses why they haven't sent the refund. I returned mine 2.5 months ago and still dealing with them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1 star is way too good for them I would give them 0 if it was possible.

Where do I begin ! This company is dishonest ! I did not order a barrel brush and yet they charged me ! and then not send the product ! They advertise the VIP membership as free but charge $8.95 the day after purchase. Monthly I might add. I disputed through credit card.
They choose when they will communicate with you.
I want to return but no one is responding to my email.

I placed an order with curls lab canada for the 5 in 1 styler. Once I placed the order and went to look at the confirmation it showed not only what I DID order, but also a second order that I did not place for more parts that cost an extra $40, but also that they signed me up for reoccuring DAILY (yes, you read that right.. daily) shipments. I have tried to get in touch with customer service and have yet to get a response. I've started fraud proceedings through my bank and am hoping Ill be able to get the charges to stop and get my money back. But thats all up in the air right now.
On their website theres a button that says "manage subscription " - clicking that does nothing. So that wasn't helpful.
Ive removed my card information from their website and from my Shop account. Waiting for Monday to see if that did anything.
To top it off, it also looks like the shipment is coming from China. Not Canada.

All in all it seems like a scam company. Please do NOT risk it!!! I wish I had just splurged on a more expensive styler brand. In the end it would likely cost me less anyway.

Buyer beware: The product is advertised as a 5-in-1 styler and the photos and packaging show all five attachments, but the curling barrels are sold separately for an additional charge. The disclosure exists, but it’s easy to miss because the marketing and box make it look like everything is included. Read the product details carefully before purchasing.

Please do not buy this product. It is not an efficient styler, and the customer service is absolutely horrific. They will continue to give you the runaround and will not allow you to return your product. Absolute scam.

I was extremely displeased with this product and have emailed the company numerous times for a refund to which I have not yet received a single reply
Very poor customer service!

The blow dryer is super loud and not effective. The curling attachment didn’t work well at all and I curl my hair all the time. But the most difficult part is that the 60 day money back guarantee they so prominently display on the website is inaccurate. When I asked to return my product they offered a 10% refund as it has been used on my hair. Apparently if you want to trail it you need to do so on non-human hair like a wig. Not worth the money, it feels cheap and the refund policy is deceptive. Do not recommend.

I got it faster than I was expecting and so far amazing results I am super happy I bought it
