Custom Heat have serviced my oil boiler…
Custom Heat have serviced my oil boiler for about 25 years, they also fitted a new boiler about 7 years ago and a new oil tank, I have always been pleased with their service.

Happy with the job
I found custom heat through worcester boilers ,through there system.I did think they would have been closer ro me in Devon,but they came from Cornwall !.They where good,at the end it felt rushed ,which i could understand .When the flue was fitted i asked for the picture of the new flue so i could keep it,for reference,it was taken but never received it by email ? ! (Knocked a point off for that ).I will say all the dealings before and after fitting on the phone where excellent,thank you

The engineer
The engineer, Ruby, was exceptionally professional. She explained everything she was going and made sure I had no worries with my heating system. Great engineer and a very friendly person

8th out of 10 Annual Service - Boiler still A1
We have used Custom Heat since our (then) brand new Boiler was fitted (by Custom Heat) back in 2018. A condition of the extended 10 year warranty was that the Boiler had to be maintained annually (by Custom Heat). What I have noticed is that unlike British Gas or Homecare appointed engineers, the yearly Boiler Service performed by Custom Heat is very obviously far more comprehensive than the standardm stick a probe up the Boiler exhaust say yes that's okay see you next year. We have fallen fould of this one before & deliberately wanted to avoid it this time. With Custom Heat, the Boiler dismantled, cleaned, (I believe) properly serviced & all readings checked. When the warranty runs out, we will definitely be looking at their ongoing care plans for the rest of the serviceable life of the Boiler.
