For the first time I regret to give a…
For the first time I regret to give a poor review. I only noticed that my service plan was cancelled on receipt of my invoice. The reason given was the age of the boiler. This was not communicated to me at the time the engineer visited. We did discuss getting a new boiler and I was promised a quote that was not received. I called last week and was told this would be looked into and I would be contacted. I have not had the courtesy of a response.

Following a full inspection, our engineer advised that the boiler is unfortunately beyond economic repair. We always aim to provide the most practical and cost-effective advice, and in this case, further repairs would not have been a reliable or worthwhile solution.
A quotation for a replacement system was provided to help you consider the next steps. It sounds like despite sending this quotation to you, this was not received, apologies for this and not following up with you. We would be more than happy to discuss this with you in more detail or answer any questions you may have. Please be assured, our Operations Director is working on resolving a positive outcome for you.

A very good experience with a company I have no issue in recommending.
The only reason I gave my review a four instead of five stars was my original booking had to be cancelled. However, once the service took place it was handled professionally. The engineer knew exactly what he was doing and was very helpful. This is a good, well priced company who I have no issue in recommending.

I've used Custom Heat for a few years
I've used Custom Heat for a few years, so know they are a very good company. My view hasn't changed. Organising to have my boiler serviced, to the work being done and paying, I found everyone to be pleasant and efficient.

The engineer came
The engineer came, but did not fix the problem. He just took some photo's and said he would send a quote for this job. I was then billed for this. 11 days later I still have not yet received the quote!
