I do show that FEDEX delivered this to the correct address so we have rushed a replacement out and have filed a claim with FEDEX. Please know that while we rely on FEDEX, UPS and other carriers to perform our deliveries, if items do not arrive as promised, we will ALWAYS send a replacement to make sure you get what you paid for. We will send you an email with your new tracking number right away.

Fast delivery, product is as described and very easy to use, very comfortable, and great for long treks when you cant walk distances without the assistance of crutches.

Damaged
No issues with ordering
Except it would not take my HSA card for payment.
Issue with shipping, box arrived damaged.
Did not notice any damage to the knee chair until we started to assemble.
When putting the two main pieces the top pole would not go in.
We had to take pliers to pry the opening until the rod slid in.
I don't know if that was due to the box being damaged or just poor quality.
Other than that it seems everything else went together and works fine.
