Fantastic service provided by roadside engineer Craig. He fully explained the process and also the best ways to prevent soot buildup again.

Dfp specialist displayed excellent customer service from initial telephone communication to discuss vehicle issue to booking and appointment through to vehicle dpf clean. The at home service was delivered as offered and issue resolved. The mobile technician went above and beyond to identify a secondary issue and Dpf Sepecialst offered an additional service to help resolve. Got my vehicle back on the road and saved a perfectly service part from being replaced. Would recommend and should the need ever arise use again. Nice friendly and helpful staff.

I can't rate this service highly I am afraid. I was seen in June as I had the engine light on and the DPF Substrate Damaged error message. Although the staff were very nice, and the Auto Assist engineer was also very nice, they have misinformed me. The engineer marked me as a 'No Clean' saying that the pressure was low and that instead I should get a new pressure sensor. After then taking their advice and doing this, the issue persisting, and having to go through another 3 garages for diagnostics, I have finally had a garage do a clean, and all the pressure has normalised. The garage had all the specialist products and knowledge, and said I had wasted my money on the pressure sensor because after the clean, the pressure was back to normal. Therefore not only have I wasted £150 on the call out charge and then another £150 with another garage on a pressure sensor, when if DPF Specialist had not so quickly written it off and just done the clean in the first place, I would not have had to go through all this stress and hassle and the issue would be sorted. It's cost me weeks of stress and money in the end.

Matt came out to fix my car today, he was friendly and professional and has done a great job. My car needed a better dpf clean than I had originally booked but that was no issue. Matt gave us some tips to help keep the car running well. I will definitely be using The dpf specialists/auto assist in the future.

The staff member Ross was exceptionally friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He exuded confidence in his expertise and provided me with numerous tips on how to care for my car and prevent future issues. Compared to my previous garage, the prices here are surprisingly affordable.

Very knowledgeable friendly operative.
Identified dpf sensor problem and will give quote on replacement. Cheaper than previous diagnosis by local 4 X4 specialist (?) who missed sensor AWOL and suggested replace dpf filter.(Not cheap!).
Glad we used guys who know their dpfs,,,

Karl the engineer was friendly and professional ,he quickly located some underlying problems that required attention.
He cleaned the dpf and gave us plenty of information and advice.
Going by our experience with this company and Karl, I would definitely use again and I am very happy to recommend them.

Shocking, do not use! Failed to fully diagnose my cars faults, did what minimal work needed to acheive the impression that it was fixed. Six days later back to how it was, stuck 6 hours from home they wont come out without a fault code, how do i know what the fault code is, offered to send a code reader to my house, still leaving me 6 hours from home. Will wiggle and squirm any way they can to avoid fixing your car properly and their warranty is worthless, £500 down the drain!

Awesome attitude and professionalism. All issues resolved with difficult situation. Sorted issues within in an hour.

Paid for premium dpf clean. Lasted 3 days before engine light came back. Exact same fault codes as before. 120 day warranty is worthless. They wouldn't even come out to check my car after i reported the same issue, just advised it was due to a separate fault. So much for the indepth diagnostics they preformed before carrying out the clean!! Absolute rip off. Would not recommend.

Craig came out to my home and done a full clean on the dpf he put the car on the diagnostics machine and told me all of the faults, then explained everything in detail for me. Excellent service and very friendly. He was really patient with me and explained what needs to be done. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely brilliant service checked for any any fault codes I asked for a full dpf flush and clean but after diag only needs a light clean and charged me for that instead highly recommend calling them before you buy an all new DPF kit

I had unfortunately a truck that needed some expert help regarding diagnosis and fixing and when I first contacted Dpf Specialists I was a little bit worried with them being a National company that it was going to be a typical experience. That one would expect however I was very, very pleasantly surprised as someone who suffers from extreme OCD ADHD and slightly autistic. I’m probably not the easiest person to deal with however from the first communication I was very impressed with Not just the way I was greeted on the phone the way I was spoken to and not condescended to and the technician who turned up at my house called Ryan Was excellent and gave me plenty of advice. To say I was surprised at a national company giving what I would consider excellent customer service and communication would be an understatement obviously in the best way possible I hope I never have to need Dpf Specialists again but they would certainly be the first people I called if I had any future problems thank you for your help and thank you for your understanding. You made what could’ve been a nightmare into a very pleasant experience many thanks. Kris
