Excellent service! I managed to order the wrong product and realised a few minutes after hitting 'buy', so I thought I'd at least try and sort it out. So I sent an email to customer services and, lo and behold, it was all sorted prior to despatch. Thank you guys!

Fantastic customer service and high-quality materials. I was impressed with the product I bought (the night guard) - a fraction of the price of the professional ones, and does the job well enough.

The mist and candle are amazing! The scents send me off to sleep no people! The eye mask is great, let’s no light in, isn’t heavy on your eyes either! Really lovely products

When I 1st ordered they sent out the wrong product, although it was shipped very quickly and it's a quality item. I got in touch with customer services and they send me the right product within a week. They aren't staffed by robots and I received a very personal response. Haven't yet had time to try the product but I can't fault the service.

Thank you Echor for the fantastic products. Ewan is a neighbour of mine and very kindly listened to me complaining about my serious lack of sleep. Having suffered from insomnia for many years I didn’t think anything could help me. I had literally given up!! Ewan supplied me with the SLEEP UPGRADE COMPLEX CAPSULES and the PILLOW SPRAY. I was pleasantly surprised because I am actually sleeping much better. The pillow spray smells amazing and really relaxes me, you also don’t need much. I would highly recommend these products cause if it works for me then it can work for anyone!!

I was hoping the Echor Total Blackout Eye Mask would be a bit more high quality, but it feels very average to be honest. The fabric doesn't feel particularly soft on the skin, and the lower area around the nose doesn't cover very well, which means I have to tighten the elastic band around my head quite a lot in order not to get any daylight coming through there. This makes the mask not very comfortable to wear, and leaves marks around my eyes in the morning. I've also had the eye mask for less than a month and the "echor" writing on it is already starting to come off. Not that this matters much but it just feels to me like another sign that this isn't particularly good quality. Maybe it could have come in a little pouch in order for it to be protected better. I really wanted to like this product but I'm not too impressed unfortunately.

Has really helped my sleep as no longer been woken up as soon as the sun comes up, my hair sometimes gets stuck in the strap tightening but that’s the only reason why I haven’t given 5 stars.

Efficient service and lovely product! So soft and comfortable. Blocks the light as promised.. it's a winner all round. I've tried plenty in my time trying to find the right one.. I reckon I've found it now. Thanks. Pink.

She loves it, it's well made and good quality, far superior to the others she's had that fell to bits after a week or two. Highly recommended and great customer relations. 5 stars all round from me.!!!
