What I love about about this cream - absorbs nicely, not greasy, my skin stays hydrated and so soft. As for the firming, I have used 2 jars already and haven’t noticed a firming difference in my crepy skin to rave about. However, I did order 3 more and will continue to use because I love the way my skin feels. I’m not expecting miracles as I have lost a lot of weight and have some sagging skin, I will continue strength exercises and rebuilding muscle so the combination may improve but will take time.

If you’re concerned about your carbon foot print then this is not the product for you as it’s shipped from China.I would describe it as an average light moisture , unfortunately not a miracle cure for crepey skin. When I purchased the first order of three tubs I somehow missed that I was signing up for a monthly subscription, as I clicked I noticed this and immediately emailed them but with no response. Fortunately I managed to cancel the subscription today as soon as the next order notification came through. As I have two more tubs to use up I’ll continue to use it - obviously if some miracle happens I’ll be back to update my review!

I would love to write a review after using the product, but it's been over a month and it has still not arrived. Customer services have not replied to my request for a refund, so I am going to contact my bank. Order 9824 SP0444766202247914.

Unfortunately there has been no sign of improvement at all. I am disappointed with myself for falling for the hype & marketing.
You may also note that the reviews are either 4 or 5 star. That's because, the company, has programmed the feedback form to forward any review with less than 4 stars direct to them, so poor feedback is not shown. I.e. 1,2,or 3 stars don't appear on trustpilot.
However, if you also have a poor experience and want to give feedback,just proceed as if given 5 stars then change the star rating back to what you want to send, prior to submitting.

I place an order a month ago. - never received it. They are blaming it on their delivery service who can’t get access into my community. After weeks of emails back and forth they said they would refund me 50% of the order since it’s still out there somewhere. That is unacceptable and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau The cream might be amazing but the delivery service and customer service is not. I simply wanted to try the cream and they won’t even attempt to resend.

DON'T BUY! After ordering Crepey Skin Repair Treatment and paying extra for faster delivery, 3 weeks later my order still has not arrived. Have asked for refund many times and have been refused

My first order went through fine, but my second order had a lot of problems. I was given 3 different tracking numbers, they said the order was split into two. One package got delivered, but I never received the second one. They need to get their tracking system improved! They wanted me to pay for the S & H for a replacement bottle, but I refused. I gave them an option they couldn’t refuse, so they finally are sending me a replacement. Negotiations with this company are not easy! Since they are out of the Netherlands and warehouses are in China….it is extremely difficult to track anything from them. They do not use USPS tracking so it is nearly impossible to find out where you merchandise is.

Do not waste your money ! This is like any other cream

It’s quite refreshing to find a product that actually does what it says on the pot

Cheap faulty machine can get exactly the same one for a fraction of the price that does exactly the same thing from temu!
They have literally just put their brand name on it.
Reported that it was faulty offered a 50% refund but then had no reply to actually issue the refund so never received!

I've had exactly the same experience as other unhappy customers where I was sent a faulty product and then offered a 50% refund. Initially I said to just send me a replacement-which they agreed to-but I was never given a timeline for when it was going to be delivered. When I finally had ha enough and demanded a full refund I never heard back from them.

Delivered faulty. When contacted customer service, I was asked to send a video as proof that the product was faulty. I asked for a full refund not replacement or to keep the product for 50% of the price offered. Finally I was asked to send product to China at my own cost and once received, I would receive the refund. When I asked them to cover cost of return of the product that can’t be used, they refused and I never heard from them nor I got the money back. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous experience as a consumer.

I had issues with the device. It didn't have a timer display and the settings numbers were so tiny I can't see them so am unclear which setting it is on. The device also sticks to my skin. I emailed asking questions about this. They asked me to send a video which I did. It has now been over a month of there being several days before they reply with me sending repeated prompts. Different people seem to reply with no resolution. I have just been asked to send a video so clearly that rep hasn't even read the email thread! It's now past the 28 day money back guarantee and I am no closer to a resolution. One of the worst customer services experiences of my life. No phone number is listed either.

I ordered the device however learnt that people on blood thinners shouldn’t use it; therefore before using it, I asked for a return within 2 weeks. Its still brand new in its box. Despite sending 3-4 emails, no one replied back to me . They say you can return within 28 days but I think thats a lie…. I’ll wait for 1/2 more days for a reply and if nothing, then will ask my bank for a chargeback….don't buy anything from
them...
