I contacted Hozelock about some issues with a hose, merely seeking recommendations for suitable replacements. My query was handled by Cameron, and without prompting, I was soon asked about product details and age, and before I knew it, Cameron had organised a warranty replacement to be sent out to me without charge.

It's not just that this saved me some money, but to experience such positive and proactive customer service, the way it used to be, was a very pleasant surprise. Great example to others.

The trigger on my Hozelock spray gun pro, broke, while it was under guarantee. I reported it to customer service who asked for a photo, which I provided. I received a new unit in the post, without any quibble.

My hosepipe would not retract.
I received advice from the team at Hozelock and followed their advice.
However, my hose still did not retract. When I contacted the team at Hozelock again, I was told that a replacement would be sent out. I was delighted to receive a replacement Hozelock hose and reel in the post. Quick and efficient service.

I had to return a faulty hose under guarantee. I had registered the product under the guarantee scheme but no longer had the original receipt to accompany it. However, I was able to send a video showing the leaking hose in action and was then contacted by Customer Service who immediately arranged to have a replacement hose sent out to me. This arrived very promptly. I would particularly like to thank Cameron in the Customer Service team for the excellent service received.

I bought two Superhoze 30m expanding hoses following an operation last year. The one good thing I can say about them is that they are light. One hose sprung leaks in several places 6 weeks after purchase. The second burst on second use this year. I contacted Hozelock customer services who requested copies of the receipts and photographs. They, unlike their rubbish product, were very efficient and within days the replacements were on their way. The hoses are only suitable for a ornamental garden with a fine cut lawn and outside tap... I wouldn't trust it not to leak indoors.

I had a burst in my much loved Hozelock hosepipe, 2 emails and some photos /proof of purchase later and I'm being sent a replacement.

I purchased a new compact reel on Tuesday only to find one small part missing I contacted Cameron explained the problem he talked me through the process of notifying him by email I received the missing part on Friday I think that was very good service.

I contacted them about a broken nozzle, which was out of warranty, just to understand if the issue could be fixed, more out of curiosity than expectation, but Leena just sent me out a replacement anyway, which she didn't have to do, so a very generous gesture, which was most welcome

My Hozelock 2698 0000 multi spray ultramax spray gun had been leaking for some time and, whilst investigating repair, I realised that it was still under warranty. I contacted Hozelock support and got a response from Tim asking for a short video showing the leaking handle and my address. Tim quickly responded advising that he was sending a replacement. I use many Hozelock items and they always work extremely well but this is the first time I have had any problem. Tim's support has been exceptional given that the item was only a few months before the warranty would have expired. Really superb customer service supporting their customers and products.
