It was so refreshing to speak to a human being who was very helpful and efficient I couldn't praise Cameron enough and would certainly recommend this company!!

I had an issue with a hose pipe which was starting to tare I filled out an online form with photo of the damage proof of purchase and covering letter and within a week a replacement was sent no questions asked. Excellent after sales service which you don’t always get with other companies.

Was dissappointed to be on the chat box & not a person so I emailed when I did not get a response after 5days. However 2 days later a replacement hose arrived at my house. Thanks very much.

We were really pleased with the Superhose we had but unfortunately it sprung a leak after two years. I contacted Hozelock and within a few days has a reply stating they were sending a new one out to me.

Cameron was amazing. I needed a replacement part for my hozelock auto-timer. I reached out and got a response with in a couple of days, provided proof of purchase and a photo. He confirmed a package was on its way, and within a few days I had received an entire replacement for my product. He explained it would be simpler and faster to send out a replacement than a lengthy process of back and forth with different parts. Thanks so much!! Excellent service.

Hozelock customer service is very efficient, I spoke with a lady named Chloe,whom very courteous and professional , I explained my issue, Chloe worked me through the process which was very straightforward, I would recommend Hozelock to all people and gardeners up and down the Country I use a high amount of Hozelock products and the aftercare is of the highest standard, I also spoke to a gentleman called Tim and I have to say, Chloe and Tim have a high standard of customer service which I the customer appreciate very much, I can recommend Hozelock to all

Cameron dealt with our experience of a split hose efficiently and professionally arranging for a replacement to be sent within a few days

After initial contact with Chloe, I had great difficulty in making any further telephone contact as the telephone system was constantly having problems. The response voice advised that the service dept was available from 10am to 2pm daily. on a subsequent email it quotes a different time scale. My emails were not responded to.
I did manage to speak to Tim, who confirmed a replacement 40m auto hose had been dispatched for delivery between 3-5 days. I requested he advise me of the tracking number so I could monitor progress. This request was acknowledged but was not forthcoming... After having finding a card through the door from Parcleforce stating a parcel had been taken back to their depot (no details quoted) they would try once more. It did arrive on 4th August. Replaced under 5 year warranty.

I contacted Hozelock to see if I could purchase two white O ring seals from which I received the standard service kit. I contacted a Cameron from Hozelock a second time and realised these seals are not for sale but he they try and locate and post them out, lucky for me I have now managed to to repair my reel Thankyou.

The inner of hose I bought split on second use. I reported this and was informed that it would be replaced, although without a guarantee because I didn’t have the receipt. New hose arrived within a few days. Very efficient service, but the hose shouldn’t have broken. But hey this things happen!

Leena, the customer rep was absolutely first class with her communication and early responses to my emails, nice to deal with the same rep each time, who knows how to treat customers with a true professional attitude.

Customer care is second to none. Once again the service and response time was excellent and Tim was kind, courteous and timely. Would recommend Hozelock as a product without fear or favour.

I bought a Hozelock auto reel hose pipe but unfortunately the fixings were missing . I contacted Hozelock and without any fuss, they (Leena at Hozelock) immediately agreed to provide the missing fixings and now currently awaiting receipt.
