Leena, the customer rep was absolutely first class with her communication and early responses to my emails, nice to deal with the same rep each time, who knows how to treat customers with a true professional attitude.

Customer care is second to none. Once again the service and response time was excellent and Tim was kind, courteous and timely. Would recommend Hozelock as a product without fear or favour.

I bought a Hozelock auto reel hose pipe but unfortunately the fixings were missing . I contacted Hozelock and without any fuss, they (Leena at Hozelock) immediately agreed to provide the missing fixings and now currently awaiting receipt.

Fantastic customer service from Cameron. My Hozelock unit stopped retracting the hose after two years of use and a replacement was sent to me within days. Excellent experience with Hozelock. Would absolutely recommend their products as they’re backed by such excellent customer support.

Perfect customer service

Trigger spray head broke after just under two years, which was disappointing for a supposedly premium product and a search of reviews showed it to be a common occurrence. Response from Customer Services took a while (such that I nearly bought a replacement in the meantime) but after asking for a video showing the problem and a copy of the purchase receipt they sent me the current equivalent model.

New hozelock reel fitted to the wall with no problem. Unfortunately the whole reel fell from the wall fixing bracket in 2 halves. Seems the spring clip pre-fitted before assembly was not pushed home tight. Tim in customer services sent me several pics showing how the clip should be fitted and sent out a new clip just in case there was any distortion on the pre-fitted clip. Excellent service and many thanks to Tim.

I recently had to make a warranty claim for my Hozelock Auto Reel after developing a fault with the hose guide mechanism.

From my initial enquiry through to arranging the replacement, the customer service I received was excellent. Cameron dealt with my claim professionally, kept me informed throughout and made the whole process straightforward and hassle-free.

The warranty was honoured promptly, communication was clear, and my replacement was dispatched quickly.

It's refreshing to receive such good after-sales support and it reinforces why I've continued to choose Hozelock products over the years.

I bought a Hozelock Pulsar Plus spray machine and made an error when connecting the various parts together, making it impossible for me to complete assembly.

I contacted Hozelock and spoke to Cameron about obtaining two 'spares'. He readily agreed to provide some, at no cost, saying they would be delivered within a couple of days.

Sure enough a box was delivered in two days. I was puzzled at the size of it and opened it to find a new Pulsar Plus. I contacted Cameron to ask if he was aware of this. He was and hoped everything would go well with assembly this time.

I can't remember any company being so generous when dealing with customers in these sort of situations - when not really having too.

I have been astonished at their generosity when dealing with a customer under these circumstances.

Cameron's attitude, politeness and generosity is something that one hears about but rarely, if ever, experiences. Thankyou Cameron and good luck for the future.

I had to wait a few minutes to talk to someone but when answered the man was very polite and helpful. He agreed to send me the replacement electrical housing for my Bioforce Revolution 14000 filter which had failed around the U/V lamp connection. It arrived around a week later and I was able to install it successfully. It’s now working well and the water is crystal clear. Thank you for your help.

A hose supplied by Hozelock failed. I had completed their guarantee form, and submitted a claim. They very quickly confirmed the validity of the claim and said a replacement would shortly be sent. In a picking mistake, a nozzle was sent. I reported this and they promptly corrected the error - the replacement hose arrived today. Thanks for the "no fuss" claims procedure.
