A hose supplied by Hozelock failed. I had completed their guarantee form, and submitted a claim. They very quickly confirmed the validity of the claim and said a replacement would shortly be sent. In a picking mistake, a nozzle was sent. I reported this and they promptly corrected the error - the replacement hose arrived today. Thanks for the "no fuss" claims procedure.

I couldn't have expected better customer service than I had from Cameron at Hozelock - in speed of response, advice, and then the remedy of my problem, a leak in one one the taps of a 4-way connector, long out of warranty nevertheless replaced as a goodwill gesture free of charge and postage. A shining example we can all only wish every significant company 's Customer Service department would follow.

I had my extendable lance’s trigger lock fail, I purchased a new handle, that too failed after 5 months, but Cameron replaced the Lance completely so now I’m watering my shrubs nicely! Thank you Hozelock.

Fantastic customer service from Leena at Hozelock. I had a problem with the 30M flexible hose that I had purchased from Amazon last year. Leena was absolutely fantastic and quickly and efficiently resovled the problem by arranging a replacement hose to be delivered directly to my home address.

I was unfortunate in having purchased a Hozelock SuperHose which burst shortly after 1 year from purchase. As the vendor, Screwfix, didn’t want to know, I contacted Hozelock directly and explained my problem.
After supplying proof of purchase, Hozelock sent me a replacement hose, under its 5 year guarantee. This was dealt with very professionally and promptly.
To me, this is an amazing product which I would gladly recommend as it is so much easier to use than a conventional hose as I am both elderly and disabled.

To be honest, I expected a lot more from a well known 'reputable ' company. Firstly I expected the product to last more than 13months. Ḥ
It states a reply from online messages will be after a few days. It wasnt. I then sent another request which was responded to. I sent the extra information requested. and now the item will be replaced. During the 2 weeks + I have had a carry a watering can . Not great when you are 76yrs old and disabled. Poor slow customer service.

This is the second time I have had hose replaced, and they really do live up to their 30year guarantee, had another replacement delivered in days. I look after my hose, so there must be a weakness somewhere!

Hozelock not answering telephone over many days due to heavy demand which means too many dissatisfied customers.
Communication by email almost as bad.
Not a company I would recommend if anything goes wrong as in my case.

The most important and helpful part of my experience was when I eventually got through to a lady called Leena who was most helpful. She listened to my issue and quickly reviewed the information that I had previously forwarded to Hozelock and quickly resolved the issue. The only point thatI would make is that I had difficulty getting through to Hozelock on the telephone. Later I was to find out that the telephone system had been undergoing repairs/ maintenance for a couple of days earlier in the week - I do understand that it does happen, so therefore not a negative for Hozelock really.

Your customer service is absolutely terrible been intouch since the 9th if July to say not received my order. Customer got back to me last week and said in an email that they resend goods as they were lost in the post .Guess what still not received my 2 order. So think the service is rock bottom. I now have a brand new fast reel hose i can not use. £144. Waste.
