Your customer service is absolutely terrible been intouch since the 9th if July to say not received my order. Customer got back to me last week and said in an email that they resend goods as they were lost in the post .Guess what still not received my 2 order. So think the service is rock bottom. I now have a brand new fast reel hose i can not use. £144. Waste.

Nous avons déjà procédé à un échange d'un tuyau dévidoir automatique au bout d'un mois d'utilisation : le système d'enroulement automatique ne fonctionne plus. Le revendeur, nous a bien fait comprendre qu'un échange était très exceptionnel de la part d'Hozelock. La vendeuse nous a d'ailleurs dit avoir le même produit chez elle et le même problème ! Le second enrouleur a cassé tout aussi rapidement. Nous nous sommes fiés à la réputation de la marque mais visiblement il y a un sérieux problème de baisse de qualité. Plusieurs avis récents sur internet vont en ce sens et vu le prix des produits c'est une honte.

Won a hose through Gardeners World magazine 7 years ago - a tough hose variant. Despite this being a competition prize Hozelock honoured the warranty after it sprung a leak. Did not expect this and great to see them standing behind their warranty. Quick and efficient service also.

Had a problem with my pond filter system. Cameron from customer services handles it perfectly and sent a new one through straightaway.
I wish all companies had the same ethos.

I purchased a 40 meter hose retractable reel which became faulty within a year of purchasing. The reel kept jamming which became very annoying. After contacting the dealers which supplied the hose reel was absolutely useless so I decided to contact HOZELOCK after a time sending messages and a video Tim sent me a replacement within three working days. So many thanks to Tim first class. I have always purchased HOZELOCK products and would recommend to all my friends and family members.

1st class customer service throughout, quick response from Cameron who was both understanding and knowledgeable. The Part I needed was dispatched and received within a few days. There was no charge for either the part or postage, a truly 5 Star service which could not have been any better. Thank You Cameron.

Continuous hose kinks when it crosses over itself awful design hand gun continuously leaking sometimes the piston in the gun gets stuck which results in removing the tricker assembly

Had the 30m anti-kink hosepipe for 3+ years and it started to swell and develop pin holes, maybe the extreme weather I don’t know.
Contacted customer services with a description and some photos, within a week Tim from customer services had replied and arranged a replacement hose which has now arrived!

Expandable hose became faulty within warranty period. Customer Service provided a replacement within a few days. Excellent service thank you.

Full marks and many thanks to Leena and Cameron from Hozelock Customer Services who sorted out my issue with a spray gun I bought from an “unresponsive” eBay seller. After eBay failed to secure me a replacement I emailed Hozelock directly and they were able to quickly send me a replacement on receipt of my faulty gun. Great professional and friendly service.

I usually purchase Hozelock products because they appear to be of high quality. Unfortunately, three old (up to 7 years) sprinkler hoses had leaks around the brass fittings, which could not be repaired. Upon enquiry, these were replaced immediately under the 10 year guarantee. Again - thank you, excellent service.

Hozelock took took the time to respond to my query for a small spare part and supplies the part promptly.

Hozelock Superhoze burst after 13 months but Hozelock was excellent and replaced it immediately.
I sent an email enquiring how to claim on the guarantee, reply was immediate.
After sending copy of receipt etc by email I spoke to Cameron who arranged a replacement whilst speaking to me which was received 3 days later.
Extremely happy with Cameron and Hozeock in general.

Our 30m SuperHoze failed after less than two years. Contacted Hozelock, excellent communication and a replacement Hoze received very promptly.

My tuffhoze started leaking after 14 months so I contacted customer services. Lena was very quick to respond and asked for a photo or video. Once this was sent she immediately replied to say the replacement would arrived in 3-5 days. Very happy with there customer service
