Dr Anthony & I purchased a KitchenAid Artisan 4 slice toaster in medallion silver. We hurried and we managed to buy one when stock level was low! We are very happy with our purchase. The Artisan 4 slice toaster certainly is a premium product! My 91 year old mum finds the automatic bread loading function exciting to use as do Anthony and I. The quality of the toaster must be the best on the market! Toast tastes just like that made on my mum's bright red gas AGA from 1976! The Artisan makes great banana and Nutella toasted sandwiches too with the basket (supplied) and I must try the KitchenAid croque monsieur recipe that I watched on YouTube! We went on to purchase further KitchenAid appliances to match our toaster namely the Artisan kettle and K400 blender with glass goblet and free citrus juicer! My sister remarked upon seeing our new appliances that they all matched (like hers)! I bought my sister a second K400 blender goblet and citrus juicer from Juicers this year. Our Artisan toaster has a 5 year guarrantee too, I understand! My dealings with the Juicers company have been very pleasant! When I had to return a KitchenAid kettle earlier this year the lady on customers services was brilliant. I sent her a video showing the malfunction and she organised a returns label direct from KitchenAid, I believe, which as you can imagine had savings all round in logistics, time and money. She offered me a replacement but didn't push the sale. I then waited and recently found the matching Artisan model kettle at the right price and it works to our satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate buying from Juicers on-line and phoning them if clarification is needed on a product before making purchases at these price points! I would give Juicers a 5 star rating for their service and the great products they sell! The good test of a company is their after sales and I found that a pleasant experience also!! I believe that Sania, Julia, Tom, Alan and Olly were some of the names of the customer service representatives at Juicers who I have spoken to since about March this year! Don't hesitate to contact these people if required and see if their service meets your approval!

I came across this website during my search for a juicer. The website is user-friendly and has a great variety of kitchen appliances.
I bought Hurom H200 juicer machine, and I must say I am loving it!
The product arrived promptly in excellent condition and well packed.
Juicer is easy to assemble and disassemble after use. Easy to clean. Juice quality is simply amazing, I like that there are some "bits" in the juice, giving me more fibre rather than pure juice. The pulp comes out rather dry, which suggests that the machine does a good job of extracting the juice.
I found product videos very helpful in assembling the juicer.
All in all, a great buying experience and I will recommend this website and the Hurom juicer without hesitation.

Great communication and the mill is great. Still learning how to use it but have used it enough to bake lovely bread from it.

Firstly the choice of juicers/blenders is excellent and secondly it was delivered within 24 hours all intact! We purchased the Vitamix Vita-Prep 3 to blend meals for a pureed diet which it does in literally seconds. You can also make soup and whilst it's blending it heats at the same time. Something to do with the friction of the blades which is a winner especially as the winter is on it's way. It is an excellent gadget, very robust and if you look after it I think it will last for many years. I would highly recommend.

I have wanted a Bamix for absolutely ages—we are talking years and years—but raising a family meant it stayed firmly on my wish list. Now the kids have flown the nest, I’ve got a nice redundancy package, and it's time to spoil ME (and the grandkids, of course!).
I am now the proud owner of a brand-new, all-singing, all-dancing Bamix mixer and chopper. To say I am thrilled is a massive understatement. I’ve used it non-stop since the second it landed on my doorstep. I am officially as happy as a pig in muck. Zero regrets!
Ordering through Juicers UK was a doddle, delivery was super fast and well packaged, maybe the only downside was the packaging waste but then to keep this machine safe I will not knock of any stars.

I am very pleased with my Omega MM1500HD juicer. It replaces an Oscar 900 VitalMax, which gave 20 years of solid service. The difficulty in getting spare parts prompted the upgrade, and I am not disappointed. Although the Oscar was very good, the Omega machine does do an even better job of producing my favourite apple, carrot and ginger juice. The wider oval shaped shute is also advantageous, allowing larger pieces to be added to the juicer. So far, I haven't tried juicing celery, but I will at some stage.

Not very happy with the Omega juicer NC1002HDC nor with the customer service. A piece broke off the plastic locking plate of the juicer 4 weeks after purchase. Cistomer service was helpful to re-order a replacement (£7 postage) but it broke again two weeks later. I am now told I would gave to buy a new one for £35 in the shop. I don't think I have applied unnecessary force to the juicer while using it, so in my view this is a design flaw. Well, now I have a still fairly new juicer with a broken fixture. Notvwhat I expected after 2 months.

I bought an Ankarsrum Stand Mixer from Juicers. It was the same price as elsewhere, including from Ankarsrum themselves, but included a free blender. They offer free next day delivery via DPD. The machine was packaged neatly and safely and now sits looking gorgeous on my worktop.

We had been looking for this item for a while and were pleased to find it at such a good price. Delivery was prompt and the item well packed.
