My redmart delivery never arrived

My redmart delivery never arrived. I rang the customer service number several times, each agent gave me a different story and guaranteed my delivery. It never showed. No one could tell me where it was or why it wasn’t delivered. I just kept waiting up all night, hour by hour. I finally had to cancel it and was compensated $5. What a disgusting joke. Never again.

Lazada's delivery arm seems like a…

Lazada's delivery arm seems like a broken arm. Don't trust a broken arm such as this ever. Such a broken arm spells big disappointment for buyers as you will wait forever to receive your package from Lazada. Further checks on who Lazada uses for customer deliveries has totally freaked me out. Keep it
up Lazada!! This will be my last dealing here with you and your associates!!

If I can rate a negative

If I can rate a negative, I will. Lazada has been good for the past years but somehow things changed. It has become dishonest and unhelpful and even go the way out to cover up for non-delivery. Worst experience ever. Never buy from them again.

I WANT MY REFUND BACK

Had bought from Lazada many times over the years with no problem, even return and refund (small amount). But this latest purchase and cancelled $200+ was nightmare. Did order with Lazada for 3 item in 13 October, but part cancel 2 items due to changes, cancelled within less than 1 hr after buying (means item was not even shipped out). The cancelled was successful but the refund was horrible, called their customer service many times, they have just “standard template of answering” escalating the matter to their relevant department which seems never happened. Keep calling and chasing until 8 November send email that refund was issued. Usually refund is very fast, it’s been 7 days since 8 November but refund was not received. All in all since 13 October until now which is more than 1 month Lazada is holding my money $200+ for order which was canceled. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTER. WHY WANT TO HOLD OTHER PEOPLE MONEY WHEN ORDER IS CANCELLED? SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW LAZADA IS HANDLING THE MATTER.

Lazada is a lousy company with zero…

Lazada is a lousy company with zero customer support and very very poor accountability.

They allow mal practices to continue and will never support their customers.

Youre better off with Shopee and Amazon.

Lousy platform where they don't take responsibility on items U have purchased and not helpful at all. Very not user friendly platform. If can avoid buying from they platform please do not but anything from them.

Lazada unhelpful and allowing sellers to play rogue

Lazada customer care and resolution teams are NOT AT ALL helpful to buyers who are getting the run-around by dishonest sellers. When presented with screenshot evidence of seller asking for bank details (to be given to seller offline) in order to get a refund (which seller had already agreed to), Lazada merely kept repeating the a*^-covering line of "We do not advise buyers to give out bank details". However Lazada is doing NOTHING to facilitate a refund. Instead they throw you a host of ridiculous excuses that are pro-rogue seller eg seller must STATE their intent in exactly such and such wording. In cases where seller deliberately mailed off BROKEN ITEMS (photo evidence available) and demand to "settle offline", they clearly are out to thwart an honest refund process. Not only is Lazada not helping, Lazada does not seem to think seller behaviour is unlawful or at least runs contrary of Lazada's own proclaimed policy of not sanctioning offline settlements. It is a shameful process and buyers are exposed to both rogue traders plus a platform that pays lip service to anti-scam policies that they so proudly flaunt.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Lazada refused my return even though I was within the return window. They hid behind a technicality, denying a refund or exchange. Zero flexibility or support—definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Bought Iona 10 L Oven Toaster

Ordered Iona 10 L Oven Toaster from Lazada - 30.9.24. 10x facemasks delivered via SingPost in letterbox box - 9.10.24.

Seller refused to reply queries. Complained to Lazada/requests for refund.

Lazada Hotline unable to help/no follow up/every day different Agent. Requests to speak to Supervisor/Manager denied/not free. Promised will call when free.

Still waiting for refund/ No Call from Supervisor or Manager.

17.10.24 - Lazada cancelled *Return/Refund.* Money not returned. Called Hotline again/Agent said will escalate up. Complained / No use. No Supervisor around. No Email to Complain.
18.10.24 - Filed a Police Report. Contacted by Investigating Officer for more clarifications.
22.10.24 Tuesday - Lazada return money to Lazada Cash/Wallet. Must use within 1 month. Lazada Voucher, Coins used for Oven Toaster forfeited. OK with me as /already wasted a lot of my time. Do not want to waste more.

Lazada cash *cannot withdraw*. Got to use it to buy from *Lazada or Red Mart.*

Used it to buy 1 dozen Brand Essence of Chicken from RedMart / Free Delivery for first time.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Purchased tissue boxes and the seller did not want to ship after a month (no progress at all). Complained to Lazada and request for release of my money. Was asked to wait indefinitely as the seller “is dedicated” Nothing was done on Lazada’s end. At the third phone call (after 1.5 month from the purchase), I insisted to speak to a shift manager, staff told me trust her all the manager are away for meeting. Claimed that the purchase is already canceled at the backend and the app should show soon (but was not sure how long it would be indicated there and asked for me to call again few working days later if it is not indicated). Left my contact for any soonest manager to call, nothing till date :( Honestly Lazada should not be in E commence business if they can’t deliver basic of any commence business.

Bought 2 orders of rice from China…

Bought 2 orders of rice from China supplier and Received both items lesser (2.5kg and 5kg) than advertised 10kg each. Asked for refund and Lazada rejected both for NO reason given. Lazada promised they will allow me to send a new request after 24hrs but NOT given the access button after 24hrs. Will not buy from Lazada anymore moving forward.

I have a problem with order number 118213206272519. I bought the bike on March 18 (delivery was indicated on 1 of April), the latest information by the tracking number LXCNSG00496860 - March 22 Departed from First Mile Facility.
Since then, I have had 11 chats with technical support, 16 letters, and not once have they helped me - each time they promise to cancel the order and return my $ 440, but each time they lie. It's been 7 months and no bike, no money.
It's doubly unpleasant that I ordered the bike in advance for my daughter's birthday, I had to urgently buy it offline.

Expect wrong delivery and poor return pricess

Silly!!! Wrong order and I had to return to collection point. And now these 🤡 have me a tiny drawer to place a suitcase!! I warned the call agent that it’s a big parcel 📦 already! Silly Singapore Lazada to be clear!!

Shopee for 10.10!!! Unless u want to have wrong goods delivered twice followed by, extra work to return yet you can’t fit returned goods into locker!! 😂

Ordered a cabinet from TB Supermarket…

Ordered a cabinet from TB Supermarket store but they delivered chopsticks instead. Messaged the seller for refund but was told to use the refund button on the lazada app. However there was an error on the app and I was unable to request for refund, called lazada customer service twice who said they are unable to process any refund request on their end and directed me back to ask seller to initiate refund on their end instead. Seller did not reply, lazada advised me to file a report on the seller. While experience was extremely frustrating and lazada customer service is very inept and having us run around in circles to no avail.

Think twice if u want to order anything from China!!!

Horrible u/x and customer service (lack of it)

Customer care is set up for the sake of it. Send feedback, no response. Call direct line, call is not picked up just put you on hold until you give up. Chat robot is hopeless. It’s quite clear Lazada is not interested to be better even though user platform and service is already at such low base.

Don't buy through Lazada

Please don't buy from them. I ordered Nescafé Gold Cappuccino, but I received regular Nescafé Cappuccino. I tried returning the product, but the seller rejected my request and told me to buy another one, saying they would collect the returned product at that time. I then contacted Lazada customer care, and they also told me to do the same. I explained to the Lazada representative that I trust Lazada and bought the product through their app, so if there is an issue, Lazada should take responsibility instead of having us deal directly with the seller. However, they said it was the seller's policy. I asked Lazada customer care, 'If we face such issues, what is your role, and what support are you providing to customers? I trust Lazada, and any issue should be Lazada's responsibility, but you are asking me to buy the product again to resolve this issue

Automated updates & Received Status

I ordered a pillowcase from lazada and chose the postal delivery option instead of the standard delivery option. Big mistake. The seller messaged me twice on the platform that the product was out of stock but I did not realise as the order was already updated as packed and shipped and so on. When the updates reached "delivered" I found it weird that there was no photo proof of delivery like the usual, so I thought it could be due to the delivery option I chose. But when I checked my mailbox, it was empty. Attempts at getting customer service to liase with seller and delivery service to investigate which party did not fulfil their responsibility were to no avail, only get same repeated response. The agents don't do anything except said that item is already marked as delivered. They even rejected my refund request. So like so many other users, i paid for no item. Happened to stumble upon this platform today and decided to share my experience so that other users can be wary.

I have 2 order mention that delivered but is send to other address , liaise v them and over 3 days also not respond … even refund also ask waiting only … my 2 items total $210 , is really too lousy
