Useless app. Uninformed employees. Absolute waste of time trying to sort any issues. Not fit for purpose. Gift someone cash. This is useless. So bad I thought it was a scam. Still not able to access gift card nearly two months later.

One of the most broken websites ever!
Tried placing an order for a gift card multiple times, it didn't support my Mastercard (first time I have ever had this issue), and when using PayPal the payments were always declined (again not had this uissue anywhere else). When I tried to leave a support request to delete my account that form also failed with an issue. By far one of the worst websites I have ever used and in this instance has reulsted in a lost sale and a lost customer. Will not be using again, will be using One4All instead!

Unable to activate cards as new webiste will not send me a code to my email to get into my account!! Why change something that wernt broken to begin with. Been a customer for years for xmas! Now im left with £500 your choice cards and cant use them!

I am really unhappy with this app I haven't been able to use my many vouchers I have got for my birthday or Christmas because it's to hard to activate or to spend them. And when I tried to ask for help just website froze wouldnt even let me email them. This has happend alot now. Very unhappy with customers service won't even let me email them or make a complaint. Thanks a lot I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Seriously dont brother. absolute waste of time. I've £1000 of online Mastercard credit cards in £50 cards and cant spend them anywhere. Customer service takes forever. Please dont give these people your money and even worse your wasted time.

Our cards use credit card technology, and unfortunately, retailers are not generally set up to accept part-payments across multiple cards when shopping online. This means that the balance on a single card would need to cover the full value of the online transaction, as you would be unable to pay the remaining balance using another card.

E-gift voucher
I had problems redeeming a Love2Shop e-gift voucher. The Customer Service Advisors were extremely patient dealing with several e-mails and following their explicit instructions I was able to exchange the e-gift voucher for a physical gift card

The system is totally flawed
The system is totally flawed. Redeeming an e-voucher is almost impossible. Even the links take you to the wrong sites.
The only reason I have given 2 stars is for Sandra C, the agent who helped deal with this. She deserves 5 stars for trying to get the links to work. She was extremely helpful, friendly and polite and ended up sending me a physical card, as there was no way to redeem online. Thank you Sandra C 😊

I received a card with £50 on it from work as a incentive it expired just over a week ago I wasn't aware until I tried to use it. Its abit unfair that it can expire while still having money on it and never been used. Customer service wasn't much help either unfortunately.

As the card was provided to you by a corporate organisation, it was intended to be used before the expiry date. Our gift cards are valid for a generous period, and we encourage all recipients to use them within that time. That is something we are trying to correct, but in the meantime please could you give us a call directly on 0344 375 0739 so that we can take you through security and then we should be able to verbally provide the one time passcode for you.
Our open hours are 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays, excluding bank holidays.
You won't need to call us each time as you can select to trust the device you are logging in to and then we won't need to issue another one time passcode for a while.
