Unable to change/cancel egift card.

I purchased a Love2 Shop voucher off their website. However I have noticed on my credit card statement they have took 2 payments of £30 instead of one. I have been trying to email them through their complaints, but I just get the message"something went wrong try again later". I just want my money back.

I recently had an issue with my gift voucher where the payment declined with a supplier, the supplier was unable to help but Rae R at love to shop could not help enough and even without having the original card, and details required, they were able to resolve my issue. Thank you

Cannot add to digital wallet due to unspecified error.
Trying to redeem it online, not possible even though it's on the list of approved shops
As you cannot use 2 payment methods online for any shop you have to make sure you but something that's exactly the amount on the card.
I cannot purchase an E-gift card to add to the store as this fails.
Contacted the helpline which gave me a URL, and advised speaking to a chatbot, the provided URL has no option for a chatbot
The screen that tells you where you can spend it has a 404 not found error
Contacted the only contact number online, which is for businesses, this gave me a number for customer services which is was answered after holding for 20 minutes, using the worst possible pan pipe hold music.
Spoke to someone, was told it was the wrong department, they gave me an email address, emailed them.

Total wasted time trying to spend a few pounds, 2 hours.

Previously lost £70 on a l2s gift card, was still in date, was redeemed and available online but couldn't be used.

My experience with this company is that their are so many vague rules deliberate obfuscations to actually using their gift cards that I truly wouldn't ever choose to use them.

I wasn't your customer, I was hacked

Trying to redeem the voucher is about as pleasant as sitting on a cactus. It goes round and round in circles and now I have to wait for a physical gift card to arrive after trying to use the Love2shop voucher in a store. Absolute rubbish.

Really bad experience. I was given a voucher but it did not work at the shops advertised on the front page of the Love2shop website. I spent money that I wouldn’t have otherwise buying items as I was at the till when I was informed that they no longer accept these cards. I contacted Love2shop but they didn’t want to know. I put the gift card in the bin. A shame for people buying as a gift but don’t bother - they are just a load of hassle. Give cash! Avoid.

hello i have been trying to login and its not working, i tried forgot password its still not working communicated with cutomer care still not response.

What an absolute joke, buy your loved ones giftcards for 1 retailer or give them cash. Love2shop make this extremely difficult. I followed the instructions of downloading the app and registering the giftcard, it shows my balance but god knows how to actually spend the balance. I followed links to the retailers they have listed under my giftcard but at no point is the gift card applied, the retailers do not accept the gift card code and there isn't any clear instructions of what is required to use the gift card balance. I have also tried logging into the same app on a PC instead of mobile phone, using the exact same login details but the giftcard balance isn't anywhere to be seen.

This is such an overly complicated way to use a giftcard and causes such a headache. Don't bother.

Annoying to use, e-gift cards take ages to arrive. Money ends up lost where there is a transaction fee. Not impressed

Terrible customer service. If you want an easy gift idea AVOID THIS. I have been emailing/live chatting them for 3 weeks and recieved no communications at all from them. I am serverly dissapointed and worried that over £200 has been wasted on nothing. I am still awaiting delivery of this gift card 3 weeks after it was due to arrive.......I'm at my wits end. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Moonpig and other brands like this have an easier more streamlined customer service where you can actually talk to a real person and actually delivers what you order.

Efficient and received the information I requested quickly

This is the worst gift card ever!!!! I have tried on multiple occasions to use it and have found it impossible to redeem.

If you are considering gifting this card to a loved one, please spare them the headache and time and give them cash instead.

I am now going to waste another few hours of my life trying to purchase anything to get rid of this card, without any joy.

Why do things have to be so difficult???

I only found out the combining of purchase gift cards is not possible after purchasing an extra £10 gift card to go with the £5 gift card my wife already had, in order to spend at M&S.
This system does not lend itself to purchasing for an idnividual who may have a gift card as well from someone else, would not recommend using.

I have received online vouchers through work and found them v difficult to spend as you have to spend exactly the amount of the voucher and can't add to it. Shopping is rarely rounded to an exact figure and I don't understand why it is made so difficult to spend. I wrote 3 times to customer services and received unhelpful responses. After writing this review Love2Shop asked for more info to see if I was a real customer. My work is a real customer and I am a rewardee so out of respect for my work I am not going to give further details. Suffice to say what should be a reward for working my fingers to the bone is actually incredibly frustrating. I would never use this for my staff.

I bought an e-gift voucher for B&Q and it wouldn’t work in store. Each time I try email for help there is always an error message so keen to see if I can get help here.

Support from service staff very good. Not something you expect these days!

I spoke to a Dean today at love2shop who helped me with a error I made . I mistakenly requested for a love2shop to be sent to my house when I really needed a digital spend . Called him up and he got it sorted out within seconds. Salute Dean
