The system is totally flawed. Redeeming an e-voucher is almost impossible. Even the links take you to the wrong sites.
The only reason I have given 2 stars is for Sandra C, the agent who helped deal with this. She deserves 5 stars for trying to get the links to work. She was extremely helpful, friendly and polite and ended up sending me a physical card, as there was no way to redeem online. Thank you Sandra C 😊

I received a card with £50 on it from work as a incentive it expired just over a week ago I wasn't aware until I tried to use it. Its abit unfair that it can expire while still having money on it and never been used. Customer service wasn't much help either unfortunately.

Amazing, but awful website
I LOVE Love2Shop, like genuinely, it's a great product and has saved me a fortune over the years. But the website, oh goodness. Half the time the 2 factor authentication code takes so long to come through it's expired and I litearlly can't login, I've never known anything like it.

That is something we are trying to correct, but in the meantime please could you give us a call directly on 0344 375 0739 so that we can take you through security and then we should be able to verbally provide the one time passcode for you.
Our open hours are 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays, excluding bank holidays.
You won't need to call us each time as you can select to trust the device you are logging in to and then we won't need to issue another one time passcode for a while.

Problem solving sorted .Quickly and politely
I phoned love 2 shop call line today and eventually spoke to a lovely polite young man name Liam . I had had a problem using my gift card in Boots but I must say that this young man sorted the problem very swiftly and politely. I can honestly say he's a credit to your company.

I cannot access my account as your one time passcode does not arrive in my email inbox for 6 to 8 minutes after signing in and expires before I can enter it.
I am in the us and cannot afford to make overseas calls to access my passport code. Your verification process is inadequate.

Wrong card sent, no response when trying to rectify
Ordered a physical gift card through their website, they sent me an email confirmation with the correct details and then sent me the wrong gift card. I do not want to use the one they have sent yet have contacted them multiple times via email and received no response after weeks now. Very disappointed.

Contact Forms Broken
They sent a Cineworld card that expired on the same day they sent it. Tried to claim it the day after. Both of their contact forms are broken so have no clear way of getting in touch or resolving the issue.
Update: They have now resolved this and extended the expiry of my gift card.

Complicated and disappointing.
I have been stuck in a loop of not being able to activate the card and therefore not being able to use the card. I tried to use it in store at M&S but was told it needed to be activated. I tried to do that and got an error code, I then emailed and the response was that the card is invalid but with no information on how to use the card?
When I check the balance online it says it has £30 on it.
Overall, I've been left confused by the whole process and disappointed I am not able to spend the voucher my brother bought me for Christmas.

Give cash, NOT vouchers with expiry dates! Love2shop vouchers have short expiry dates in small print, presumably designed to steal from both the giver and receiver of their vouchers. ( I can't actually understand why, once tried, never repeated and a bad review, instead of repeat purchases/good reviews). I found them impossible to contact other than by writing an earlier review and was told,(politely), that it was my fault I had failed to spend the voucher in time. I agree but there should not be an expiry date, the voucher had been paid for.
