Sent vouchers with the wrong codes that can't be spent. Won't do anything about it, usless.

So frustrating to use them! They advertise being able to spend at lots of places but it’s not as simple as just using the card. I’ve tried Boots online but you have to have an e card card! So you can redeem the voucher for a ecard…..but they don’t have Boots as an option for buying an ecard! Tried Amazon instead but then it adds on 50p charge for doing it! So long winded! I hate it when I get these cards, I always struggle to use them! Lose the will to live just trying to spend them! So annoying! Really not convenient or straight forward, I can’t be bothered with it in the end! I bet they get loads of people just giving up and not cashing them in!

The single most frustrating experience ever!! I drove 1.5hrs to the Range only to be told I cannot use the gift card an needed to convert to a 'debit' card. Tried for ages in the shop then had to leave. Tried for a whole day to find out how to do this, website is useless. Chat option not working; email directly had errors!! DON'T BOTHER. Just give cash or bank transfer instead!!! Nightmare

Couldn’t make it any more of a faff to use the voucher. Need to know what I had for breakfast last Tuesday and then send an email
code that has expired before it even appears in my inbox.

Couldn’t find the info on my cards after having re-created my account (as part of your overall improvement drive). Eventually found them but I was pleased that once I’d survived your AI bot - I managed to communicate with a human life form (in fact 2 of them !!) Both were extremely helpful and their responses were pretty rapid (unlike other chatbots where you wait for ever for a response)

It is very difficult to spend the money on the gift card. Some retailers can't take payment from the card and they ask you to use the app. When you go on the app, you have to register and then the card isn't recognised so you can't spend it. I would not recommend these gift cards because they are not easy to use in shops and restaurants. Give M&S or John Lewis vouchers - much easier.

I had a genuine issue wherein I was out of the country for almost a year down to a family emergency (critical health issues) and my £90 worth of vouchers had expired. I read online that Love2Shop are quite strict with their policy about not refunding expired vouchers but I decided to write to them, explaining my genuine situation and I was mighty impressed with the service I got. They were prompt to begin with and followed up on my request regularly, gathering more information. I dealt with someone called Rae who was thoroughly professional and sympathetic throughout their communication. They have issued me new vouchers on humanitarian grounds and as I said to them in my email, it is these small acts of kindness that restore one’s faith in humanity. Thanks to Love2Shop for being amazing!!!

I wasn't sure what type of gift card I had and whether it needed to be activated before use. The customer care team gave clear advice and instructions on how to use it.

Very difficult to download the app which you need to register your voucher, saying my very up to date z fold 7 phone was not compatible, when trying to get advice from their own help e-mail and phone number i was met with very rude and unhelpful responses and then eventually no response at all, when I eventually got access using someone else's mobile phone the company (Next) I chose to select my voucher for that was in the list on the app are not available and next does not support this type of voucher, avoid at all costs the effort is not worth the reward.

The process was so quick and easy. I had no hassle at all and was so happy the issue was solved within minutes.
Only one downside was that your customer services was not available on the day that the issue initially happened. A Saturday. I would think a high percentage of people would be shopping at the weekend. That would be better

This company is a scam. Difficult to even exchange for an e ticket. Locked me out because apparently I had made two many errors with their sign back in code twice which I basically wrote down after checking twice! Please refrain from generating codes which you yourselves do not even recognise! The website is literally confusing and I would not recommend anyone buying this card and sorry to sunlife users who pay extra like me towards the life insurance and get this pathetic non usable card in none of the shops listed except for Argos or Boots and left over money is difficult to process. I wouldn’t even give them one star. Here is your log in code 3rd time.319532

Recieved a small gift card for answering an online survey. Tried several times to add card to my account with no success. Error came up "wrong code".
Was going to contact customer services until I saw the many negative reviews so have decided to quit and save wasting my time and efforts. How can a company perform so poorly?

I am unable to use my digital gift card, and they have made it impossible to contact customer support. The live chat button doesn't work on the website and the email contact form says 'something went wrong, try again later'.
I have activated the card online and downloaded their app. However, when I click 'add to google wallet', it opens the google wallet app and then says 'Your bank needs to verify it's you', and that I should receive a text - which never arrives. I have also tried spending the card online, but my payment was declined, so it doesn't work that way either.
Avoid this company.

My card was damaged. I emailed customer services and they couldn't have been more helpful. They sorted the problem out promptly and emailed a new code to activate the card. The communication was so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, I really appreciate great customer service.
