I have had love2shop vouchers many times as company rewards. Best thing is that vouchers can be used to make the purchase of many other companies vouchers in the likes of Argos and that they have a long life span so no need to rush your purchase. You can save for something special or wait for a up coming sale. Delivery via email or post is normally very speedy and a lot safer then cash.

If you want to buy a physical gift card for someone DON’T use love2shop.
Can’t use it apart from a few retailers unless in store. Try to exchange - can’t do it: try to contact customer service - their form won’t submit. Sat with this card now wondering if I should just throw it in the bin. Absolutely useless unless you want to go to a city centre and go in store which I don’t have time to do. Trying to get any resolution is like being held in an infinite loop of hell. F**king useless. Buy vouchers directly from the retailer or go to Amazon. If you buy this as a gift for someone you will be causing them no end of frustration

Worst experience ever!
My son got 2 vouchers from school (£10 & £5 ). Today went shopping and wanted to spend them on school uniform and the lady at the till said that the vouchers are expired. Contacted customer service and apparently the T&C states that the vouchers can't be used or replaced. What a nonsense! He has worked so hard all year and now I can just put in the bin £15, instead of buying something that he can use.
Waste of money, never using their service again.

I'm sorry to read that your vouchers have expired. The expiry date of the voucher is clearly printed on the voucher itself, they usually have 12 months from dispatch.
Unfortunately once vouchers expire they cannot be used after that date. The value of the voucher is lost when it expires and we're unable to offer you a replacement voucher or refund for the value lost. I've included a link to our terms and conditions which are available online.

Received Love2shop vouchers through my…
Received Love2shop vouchers through my employer, but the system is frustrating to use. The retailer list is very restricted, converting to online cards incurs a 10% fee that cuts into your balance, and digital cards take up to 24 hours to arrive instead of issuing instantly. The time and effort required to redeem these vouchers completely ruins the point of a reward. A terrible business model that profits by creating friction for the user.

I received a love2shop voucher from…
I received a love2shop voucher from employer , requested redemption to H&M voucher on 14th of July. Not received. Followed up myself, to be told there is an issue with my email address and requested another email for me. When I tried to reply, there is an issue with their email address, which having read other reviews, seems to be a common occurence. I have tried to contact them again yesterday by completing their form, and included my new email for them to send the voucher to. No response. It seems to be an intentional rigmarole to try to sort this.Very poor customer service -and very disappointing.

Emma was fantastic and honestly it was the best customer service ive ever had in my 63 years. My card was given as a gift but had cellotape on the metallic strip which damaged it when pulled off. I emailed not expecting a replacement because it was the fault of my friend wrapping it with cellotape. Emma without any issues asked for my address and advised card would be replaced. It arrived in first class post 3 days after email. I wish everyone had the level of customer service Love2shop had well done

Scammers
The foundation of this company is to scam you. I applied for a replacement of my gift card a month before it was set to expire and they didn’t send it out. Now I have to email them and every single reply I wait for I have to wait 2-3 working days. My card is now expired and I just know they won’t let me use it or transfer that money onto another card.
If they don’t resolve this, I will not use this company again.

Just give cash not gift cards with limited dates!
I always ask my friends and family for love2shop vouchers as they can be used at so many shops and have been available for a long time.
I usually save them all up to make a bigger purchase.
Recently I planned a shopping trip but noticed £50 of vouchers were out of date. I contacted love2shop to explain my predicament as £50 is a lot of money to lose.
I got a speedy reply that basically said “tough - out of date and out of time and thanks for the money for nothing”.
I asked for a good will gesture as a long standing customer and was sent a link to terms and conditions.
One regular customer lost due to their dismissive and unhelpful customer (lack of) services. Well done!
I feel I have been ripped off and my family/friends have thrown money away from a massive company who are making money for nothing.
Just give cash -can use it anywhere and if notes change, the banks swap them for free.

Avoid like plague.
Wonderful! You get given a lovely present, happy days. It's just a code and a value mind, but fair enough. The day comes when you remember you have it, nearly impossible to redeem. Email customer support: ignored. Some time later, try again, cannot redeem. Email customer support, this time you do get a reply, amazing! 'Sorry pal, it's expired, nothing can be done, nice knowing you, we've got your money hahaha'.
Avoid. I didn't have a clue it expired and even if I had thought about this possibility, I'd NEVER have guess they give you less time to redeem their vouchers than Sports Direct! That's right everyone, this company are tighter than Sports Direct! Let that sink in, and then ask yourselves if you want to give these leeches your cash.

Reward Codes are issued with a six-month redemption period, after which, unfortunately, they cannot be extended or reactivated. Any unused balance is removed and cannot be replaced or refunded. This is in line with the sales agreement in place with the provider who issued the code.
We appreciate that it can be frustrating to discover that a code has expired. To help minimise the possibility of this happening, the expiry date is clearly stated in the email containing the Reward Code. We also offer a wide range of products and denominations, providing customers with flexibility to redeem their code before the expiry date.
I’m sorry that you were unable to maximise the full value of the gift you received. I hope this explanation provides some clarity around the expiry terms and why, unfortunately, we were unable to reinstate the balance once the code had expired.

This is the worst gift card I have ever received. It is a painful process from start to finish. Register the card, activate the card, activate the card again. Go to Argos as I'm advised on the LTS website that I can use the card in the shop. No, can't be done in the shop, must be used digitally. What an absolute load of rubbish!!
