Emma was fantastic and honestly it was the best customer service ive ever had in my 63 years. My card was given as a gift but had cellotape on the metallic strip which damaged it when pulled off. I emailed not expecting a replacement because it was the fault of my friend wrapping it with cellotape. Emma without any issues asked for my address and advised card would be replaced. It arrived in first class post 3 days after email. I wish everyone had the level of customer service Love2shop had well done

The foundation of this company is to scam you. I applied for a replacement of my gift card a month before it was set to expire and they didn’t send it out. Now I have to email them and every single reply I wait for I have to wait 2-3 working days. My card is now expired and I just know they won’t let me use it or transfer that money onto another card.

If they don’t resolve this, I will not use this company again.

I always ask my friends and family for love2shop vouchers as they can be used at so many shops and have been available for a long time.
I usually save them all up to make a bigger purchase.
Recently I planned a shopping trip but noticed £50 of vouchers were out of date. I contacted love2shop to explain my predicament as £50 is a lot of money to lose.
I got a speedy reply that basically said “tough - out of date and out of time and thanks for the money for nothing”.
I asked for a good will gesture as a long standing customer and was sent a link to terms and conditions.
One regular customer lost due to their dismissive and unhelpful customer (lack of) services. Well done!
I feel I have been ripped off and my family/friends have thrown money away from a massive company who are making money for nothing.
Just give cash -can use it anywhere and if notes change, the banks swap them for free.

Wonderful! You get given a lovely present, happy days. It's just a code and a value mind, but fair enough. The day comes when you remember you have it, nearly impossible to redeem. Email customer support: ignored. Some time later, try again, cannot redeem. Email customer support, this time you do get a reply, amazing! 'Sorry pal, it's expired, nothing can be done, nice knowing you, we've got your money hahaha'.

Avoid. I didn't have a clue it expired and even if I had thought about this possibility, I'd NEVER have guess they give you less time to redeem their vouchers than Sports Direct! That's right everyone, this company are tighter than Sports Direct! Let that sink in, and then ask yourselves if you want to give these leeches your cash.

This is the worst gift card I have ever received. It is a painful process from start to finish. Register the card, activate the card, activate the card again. Go to Argos as I'm advised on the LTS website that I can use the card in the shop. No, can't be done in the shop, must be used digitally. What an absolute load of rubbish!!

Terrible, and I can't complain, as your chat function is not working and your email service on your website is also not working, so how do I get my account issues resolved if we can't contact you?

Does anyone know how to activate love2shop digital card? Or an email address to contact someone for help? When entering the code it says invalid and when I try and email it also isn't working and says some parts aren't complete and therefore will not submit.
I also have voucher gifted from work but this also will not activate or scan at shops. I have £45 that I can not actually spend

Absolutely shocking. Cant exchange my card to a voucher at b&q. Tried several contact numbers and chats. Absolute scam

Quick and easy to use.

Love2shop websites , despite all the tinkering, have always been difficult to navigate or basically understand. Recently I've to had re-register and this basically kept leading me round in circles. Having filled in all details and confirming E-Mail address, then trying to 'Manage card' I kept getting booted back to fill in personal details again and again. Telephone help - couldn't. Tried spending £10 that should have been on the card in M&S and that failed, and no way of finding out what, if any amount is actually on the card. All in all a waste of time with a pretty useless product and company, I will make certain I don't use love2shop again. UPDATE: 8 days after the reply to this review, and no further contact has been forthcoming from Love2shop.

I had an issue regarding my order. I emailed the customer service team and Nathan dealt with it quickly and I received my order with an hour.

I emailed with a query and was surprised how quick my query was answered. Great advice given by Sam - card services advisor as it answered my question straight away.

We were not able to get cards activated or delivered as described. 2 out of 3 vouchers did not arrive without significant follow up on chat and in emails. These were supposed to be 'thank yous' for employees. It was not an enjoyable experience and I would recommend going straight to the retailer. After reading reviews on line now I just hope we are able to actually use them

I cannot thank the Love2Shop customer service team enough, especially Janine, for her kindness and understanding.

My autistic son won £50 of Love2Shop vouchers in a raffle at his special school, but after they were misplaced and eventually found months later, they had unfortunately expired. I knew it was a long shot, but I contacted customer services to explain the situation.

Although they explained that replacing expired vouchers isn't their usual policy, they took the time to consider our circumstances and very kindly agreed to exchange them as a gesture of goodwill.

It would have been very easy to simply say no, but instead they chose compassion and excellent customer service. It has meant so much to my son, who now gets to enjoy the prize he won.

Thank you again for going above and beyond. It's wonderful to see customer service like this still exists.

The returning user experience on this site is unnecessarily obstructive. Initial card redemption works reasonably, but coming back months later requires jumping through excessive, poorly designed hoops.
Being forced to 'register again' using an existing email address points to a broken account system, while requiring an extra login layer — very poorly signposted on screen — just to view card details adds frustration rather than security. The authentication flow is inconsistent, confusing and makes accessing stored funds far harder than it needs to be

Thanks for the quick response. I don’t need assistance — and hopefully won’t in future. But the design for accessing existing cards needs serious attention. Returning after a few months forces a pointless “new‑for‑old” re‑registration, followed by waiting six minutes for a five‑minute OTP then a second login step to get to the card details. None of this is helpful; it actually feels deliberately obstructive by frustrating users when accessing their own cards.
