I ordered our new motorhome at the Lowdhams stand at Lincoln Motorhome Show In September 2025 after
a comprehensive inspection of an identical vehicle.
Mark and Chris were very helpful at the show but were not pushy at all. We paid our deposit, arranged to Part Ex. our camper van and arranged a suitable date to collect our new Swift 505. I arranged with Lowdhams to have a wind out awning and an upgraded alarm system fitted at their site. On 17th November, a date chosen by us, we travelled to Lowdhams where paperwork was completed and a most comprehensive demonstration of our new purchase was given by Paul who answered all queries that were put to him.
Our Motorhome was presented to us in an immaculate condition and we were treated well throughout our experience. We stayed on the Lowdhams camping site overnight without any problems at all. Altogether, the best experience that we have ever had in buying a Motorhome from a Dealer, and it is our fifth.

Everyone at Loudhams’s has a smile on their face! They can’t wait to give advice on their stock and accessories all at attractive prices ,I would highly recommend them, and don’t forget the onsite Cafe , the portions are huge and very tasty

All was good would recommend if your looking for a new caravan or motorhome,this is my third caravan from lowdhams.

This was our first motorhome purchase. We looked at various dealerships during our research. Lowdham’s was in our opinion by far the best. The showroom was well laid out with a lot of stock. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. Small touches also made a positive difference to our experience - the music playing outside, the friendly reception staff, the sales people being stationed at desks around the various types of motorhomes, the offer of a coffee, the lovely cafe serving homemade food (delicious sausage rolls) and the ladies in the cafe also knowledgeable and as excited as we were about buying a motorhome, and lovely clean toilets. The accessory shop too was well stocked and again the staff very knowledgeable. Particular thanks to Kevin who was the best salesman - friendly, informative and keen to ensure we had the motorhome that best fitted our needs - and all with a sense of humour and enthusiasm for our new motorhome adventure. The handover process was equally professional and Paul did a superb job of talking us through every little detail which helped our confidence. Finally, the free overnight stay with emergency call out was enormously beneficial. We also loved the history of Lowdham’s and how the company has grown over the years and the fact that we are now part of the ‘Lowdham’s Family’.

Overall, a fantastic experience, so thank you so much. We’re very much looking forward to all our motorhome adventures.

We have just purchased our first camper from Lowdhams through Jake and the team. I can’t stress how easy they made this for us and the overnight stay on the Raleigh site is a fantastic idea especially for novices 😊. Everyone we encountered were kind , friendly and helpful….and knowing we have the back up over the phone when we need it is great too! Thank you for setting us off on our new adventures…😄

We were well looked after by the service/warranty staff with the help of Kiran. They went out of their way to solve our warranty issues.

Richard the Sales person, helped us through the selection process. Not pushy, but answered all our questions and gave us space to think. Collecting the new van, and handing over our part exchange was seemless. Paul explained the new van (Hymer 680 MB) in understandable detail. Again we had time to ask questions, not rushed. Our customer experience has been excellent.

Although we were buying their cheapest caravan, we were treated with utmost politeness, patience, professionalism and friendliness. All staff involved did all they could to be helpful and answer all our questions. Special thanks to Bryan.
All niggles were sorted before we happily towed the caravan away. They even sanded our hook ball, to ensure best grip.

The customer care is unbeatable from going to look at camper vans all the way through to purchase. They do not rush you into any decisions, everything is explained - all very friendly yet still professional. Would definitely recommend a visit if going to browse (excellent coffee shop also!), for advice or looking to buy.

The sales man Adam was very good at his job very informative and patient with all my requests and questions not at all too pushy.We have dealt with Motorhome dealers for about 35 years and this was the best handover very explanatory and helpful we have ever experienced his name was Paul.

We were pleasantly surprised by Lowdhams insofar as the sales guy (Nathan) just left us to play with their Swift Monza S but was on hand if we needed anything explained. I think he is a new salesman but had what seemed like decent product knowledge and sincerity. I didn’t feel in any way pressured to buy and the whole experience was light and friendly. The camper van was prepared to our spec (wind out awning) and made ready for our collection day. The day itself was altered from what was planned due to rain. Constant rain had flooded the rally field so it wasn’t possible to get a feel on site but we’ve now had a chance to go over the camper and have found nothing to complain about. In fact the camper is much better than expected considering the complexity of the build. Literally the only issue was a drawer wasn’t staying closed which I fixed the moment I got it home. All in all a good interaction with what seems like a good company. Everything happened as planned except the weather. I can’t blame then for that. 👍
