I would like to say a massive thank you to both Kim ( Kimberley Hardy) and Missy ( Misbah) for their care, compassion and support, during my recent, sad loss of my beloved brother.
I used Memoria, the previous year, upon losing my 1st brother, and had no hesitation in going back to Kim, when my 2nd brother, sadly, passed.
I could not recommend Memoria Funerals highly enough!
One extra person, which I must include and thank, here, is Bryce. The lovely gentleman who delivered both my brothers ashes back to me, and other personal keepsakes.
He remembered coming to my home previously and we chatted at length. Such a caring and compassionate gentleman.

Direct cremation funeral went smoothly. I was able to collect my father’s ashes 2 days later. The staff were lovely

This ideally needs to have a zero star option. The service we were provided was truly abysmal. I had better service when my dog died which speaks volumes. We had been told my dad was being picked up one day, and then he never was and his cremation was pushed back. My dad had been gone for over a month before he was given his cremation. We had minimal communication unless said communication was with us making the initial contact, we then had to wait for him to be brought home to us and that took almost another month, so my dad had been gone almost 2 months before we even got him back home. Personally not the choice of direct cremation company I’d go for, unless rubbish service is what you’re looking for.

They made everything easy. The price was good and it was well handled.

They were amazing so understanding the whole experience from beginning to end was so personal they kept in touch about everything I would recommend you to everyone they asked were to go for a cremation

Service was attentive and timely without being intrusive. All calls from staff were considerate and sincere at a time when gentleness is welcome. Equally, any queries were responded to directly without delay.
I visited the Oxford Crematorium today to collect Mums ashes and found the venue and 33 acres to be remarkably peaceful and calm; such a serene plot with areas of interest and buildings which seem to belong in the natural landscape.
I won't hesitate to recommend your services.

Contact with the company was very clear and efficient. I felt listened to, and good advice was given. Everything went according to plan. I was very happy with the location of the lovely Crematorium too and could go there to pick up the ashes. All together, I felt this was an excellent service.

This is the second time I have used your service, first for my late husband and second for my late father. The first time you collected my husband from Derby Royal hospital so I can't comment on the collection service. But when you collected my Dad you were so compassionate . You introduced yourselves and talked us through how you would be taking Dad into your vehicle. Im glad you suggested we sat outside while you took him down the stairs as that would have been heartbreaking to see that. You sat and talked to my mum and myself and sister before your left us. I am so grateful for your kind service.

Staff where very polite and respectful. Didn't appreciate charges that became apparent which weren't explained clearly to start but everything else was fine. Overall a positive experience

Amazing service from start to finish. Everything I wanted for mum, I had. They made it stressfree. Tracey was kind and considerate, always making sure everything was sorted out and I was kept up to date. I couldnt recommend this company enough.
